leaving aside any connection with BTS, at least from my point of view - if police suspects foul play, they have authority. if the family suspects foul play, they can ask for an autopsy, also from a private coroner. it doesn't have to be a government appointed coroner.
maybe he got stabbed by a gang member, ore someone familiar to the family and they don't want this to be public knowledge.
It looks to me that the family doesn't want to get involved, while, as of today, police is still investigating the cause of his death, not excluding suicide.
in terms of the danger of "exposing" someone - everyone talks and many have been talking, even victims of abuse in Hollywood, about what's going on. I don't see anyone being taken into custody, as the politicians are acting as agents for big players and companies. nobody gives a damn if a rapper, or a journalist uncovers something. I doubt things will ever change.
if i were to have evidence as a citizen about clinton's and obama's crimes, do you think justice would ever be made? all you have to do is to read the daily headlines from somehow trustworthy newspapers to see how it's all about lying, crimes and making the same people and companies richer.
i posted about monsanto and bayer, about pfizer and the whole vaccine genocide. it's about getting rid of half of population at least, while keeping the rest on pills and hooked on everything.
did monsanto or bayer got cancelled after being found guilty of poisoning the food and natural resources? they paid a fine. did pfizer got canceled or their license suspended after billions they had to pay in damages for causing cancer or other health related fatal diseases? no.
was gates arrested after he got kicked out of africa for killing women and children with his dr. frankenstein projects? no.
to assume that those little singers or players are somehow a danger to the "elite" it's not realistic. that was my point in general.
and of course, i don't believe in the bts ritual or sacrifice thingy.
i hope the police can find some answers as to the obvious weird circumstances.
but the same police has failed up until today to print out those nth-room names.
speaking of nth room, this was just released 12 hours ago
The main operator for the "Nth Rooms", Cho Joo Bin, pleads for a lighter sentence, claiming that 40 years is too heavy a sentence.

while i posted about the petition, this article mentions BTS:
Two petitions go head to head. Are RPS fanfiction and deep fakes punishable offenses?

More recently, Big Hit Entertainment has landed in hot water with BTS fans, over the release of a mobile game called “BTS WORLD” in 2019. The game had a user take the role of the band’s manager, who helped BTS to reach stardom. Despite the game’s lack of obvious romantic interactions, a vocal group of fans claimed the dialogue between the user and members of BTS was too flirty in some sections. However, the biggest issue came to be the allusion to one of the member’s eating disorder, which many found to be in poor taste and too intrusive."
Iron's death is suspicious, because he was found in blood and no official statement has been made, wether the blood comes from a self inflicted wound, or if he was stabbed/beaten by someone else.
whatever it is, I doubt it is related to a big criminal ring that Iron was about to expose...the guy was hooked on marijuana and stoned all the time.
