That's why some people prefer KJV bible.. Though I use ESV and NASB most of the time. Oof! This is really bad for people who don't speak english because a lot of non-english bible are translated from NIV. My mom can't read english and when I checked her bible (the only version in the country), it was plainly translated from NIV!
