Does God Love Unconditionally?

romantic love is entireky different than filial love and while it can be unconditional it usually isnt.

all of which has nothing to do with the fact you can be angry at someone and love them at the same time.

Of course, even our highest and most passionate love is a dim reflection of Christ’s love for the Church, of which marriage is in a way, an allegory (or a “mystery”, as the Bible puts it).

In making marriage sound binding and unchanging, it is primarily showing us something of HIS quality of love, not just our own human qualities.

From Henry Cloud (Christian therapist):
"God's love is unconditional, but His approval and what He is attracted to is very conditional. Some things He loves, and other things He hates. This is part of His nature, which He has passed on to us."
Proverbs 6:16-19 for the list of things He hates.

And for what it's worth, I'm sorry I got impatient with you, @Lisa. I don't understand you, but that's because I've not taken the time to try. Hope this quote from Dr. Cloud helps. I would recommend his work with John Townsend for personal growth.
