Depression

There are many different types of depression. Some from Life and some from Biology. You have to know which one you have to treat it properly. Diet really makes a difference, avoid artificial colouring and additives. Sometimes the meds really do help! And tell yourself that you are allowed to have days where you don't feel great but just know you will be feel better in the future! Do not let the snake of depression coil ever more inwards and cloud all judgement and passion for life.

This is very sad to hear this is happening. This world can be so dark and it can be hard to get through, but we know that we try the best that we can, and we will have bad days and good days :) it's good to look forward for even the smallest things that can make us happy! Hope you're feeling better soon. We deserve to be happy :D

I don't know about the meditation part, I've never been into it, and pardon me if I come off as close minded for that. I understand if some of you would judge me on that.

HOWEVER!!!!!!

This has some good points and is very informative in regards to stress.

"Stress is created when the brain and body are not at a balance; and you understand that the hormones of stress push the genetics buttons and create disease. It begs the question is there anyone or anything truly worth living in that state?"
