There are many different types of depression. Some from Life and some from Biology. You have to know which one you have to treat it properly. Diet really makes a difference, avoid artificial colouring and additives. Sometimes the meds really do help! And tell yourself that you are allowed to have days where you don't feel great but just know you will be feel better in the future! Do not let the snake of depression coil ever more inwards and cloud all judgement and passion for life.
