Then we see it with its head nailed and one eye closed.
It reminds me Ludovic of The Esoteric Symbolism of the Viral Video “I, Pet Goat II”

Mutant women with triangles and inverted cross (a satanic symbol) on their foreheads.

Needs a better explication.

The baby in artificial womb. (surrounded by rainbow)
Rainbow is a symbol of Monarch mind control. In MK programming, victims of trauma are told to “go over the rainbow” in order to dissociate from reality.

This almost makes the game interesting.

Death Stranding, besides the technical feats, is boooring... basically a walking simulator, if you run around moving boxes in your home after one or two shots of vodka is the same thing. yes, the same thing, specially because in the game there is a pee option.

The story of the game itself is sketchy too. The Norman Reedus has amnesia in this one, caused by (guess what) trauma, in the end he recovers his memory. Life and death rules are distorced and there are some mass extiction there. But besides the gloomy atmosphere I'd say the message is rather optimistic in the end, but now that I think about it maybe this is what would happen after the elite plans worked out... The world has ended, they rebuilt it and now the ecosystem is ok.

Other details about this: Norman Reedus here is imortal (kinda). When he dies his soul can come back to his body after swiming trough the 'seam' or something, really don't cary anymore.

Also his blood and body fluids are used to 'save' mankind because they are the only thing that can harm the tar creatures, hence why here is na option to pee.

I didn't really tought this would be so blatant before but the woman with the halo and triangle on her head really made me think about this

from wikipedia:

Numerous commentators noted that the game's story and gameplay resembled the COVID-19 pandemic. The game's prescient similarities to the coronavirus crisis has drawn comparisons to the way in which a previous Kojima game, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001), had anticipated 2010s phenomena such as fake news and echo chambers. A Chinese man developed a Death Stranding-inspired suit designed to protect his baby from COVID-19. In March 2020, Death Stranding inspired a parody game, Walking Simulator, set in a post-apocalyptic world devastated by the coronavirus outbreak.
