Bernays flix rewrote the description and apologized
”Eleven-year-old Amy starts to rebel against her conservative family’s traditions when she becomes fascinated with a free-spirited dance crew”

rewrite it again
“a citizen of the most ethnically aware, conservative state in the world with the strongest cultural solidarity who lives in your country makes a film about how you should destroy your culture and give up the last cultural taboo that hasnt been destroyed by his ethnic counterparts before returning to his home country for the summer”

Is it more about the twerking or a child leaving islam? I’m not sure. And are they still cute if they are dancing provocatively?

New Netflix Movie Celebrates 11-Year-Old Girls Twerking

French production blasted for sexualizing children.

Seems like they're trying to make Islam look like it's oppressive by parents not allowing their underage children to go twerking and dancing for money and sexualizing children. Two birds with one stone.

But this is Netflix we're talking about so not surprising. Just glad to see they got bodied on YT with the thumbs down.

As gross as it all is..I also feel unfortunately it's a convenient distraction.

I've also seen some tweets defending the producer/director, that this was from a Black French woman and her career is over. Well..she chose to follow the agenda..she deserves it.
