Reminds me of ol' Stumpy, a one-armed crazy man hereabouts. He liked to hide behind a bush and jump into the street in front of cars. Liked to stroll down the sidewalk with his pants down around his knees and his schlong out. Begged at the 7-11. We always felt a bit sorry for Stumpy gettin' his arm sawed off by a alligator like that. He'd disappear for a few weeks when the police took him down to the crazy farm, but ol' Stump always found his way back home to give us a good scare LoL.
