This is what the Nazis were up to and apparently, Western Europe hasnt learned their lessons. Firstly, disabled people are not to be discarded or eliminated... its morally wrong and a society is only as strong as it demonstrates in defense of its most vulnerable members. Second, mentally disabled people are the children of heaven, they dont know sin and only hate/dislike/fear that which they see as causing harm or pain. Thirdly, even if those moral reasons dont register... well, the eugenicists will say they are improving things by playing God... but the truth is those people they are killing represent a biological pressure release valve which helps maintain the greater general health, natural balance and order intended by the Creator.

So either way its looked at, they are important and deserve to live with dignity, health and peace.
