Thanks I’ll test this with my iPhone!

Also I’m of course unvaxxed and got sick shortly after Christmas. I was around vaxxed people. I got a rocking headache, chills, and just really tired like - kinda out of it feeling - it was weird...unlike any other illness I’ve had. Anyway I ended up taking Ivermectin and within 2 HOURS it knocked out the headache and by nighttime I felt 80% better. Then I took another dose the next day to fully kill it.

Btw... when I felt my worst my heart rate was quite fast - like 100 just standing which was weird. I have an oxygen meter that also measures heart rate and it was really high when standing. When I took the Ivermectin it was back down to like 57 when just standing so I swear that stuff is like amazing - I think it really accelerated the healing process.
You have symptoms similar to me. I’m unvaxxed as well. Got sick suddenly on 1/8.
1/9 I had a fever, body aches, chills and general fatigue. 1/10 still had the fever, chills, aches and fatigue but was able to move around. 1/11 the chills and body aches disappeared but I retained a fever and developed light headedness/dizziness and eye pain. Wednesday felt healthy, thursday I felt healthy. Friday I developed a cough, chest congestion. Saturday I felt healthy. Yesterday(sunday) I felt off but not sick. Just off. And now today. I felt rundown again but no fever.

There’s definitely a LOT of ups and downs with this crap. And it seems like everyone I know has been catching it over the course of the past month or so.

I got sick around Christmas Eve, but I didn’t get tested and took some vitamin c. Was ok the next morning. Who knows, maybe I got those mild ones.

I 100% know what you mean about the “out of it” feeling. It almost felt like I was in a daze those first couple days! I can barely even remember the phone conversation I had with my boss the day after I tested positive. So bizarre.

I had weird menstrual cycle disruption after husband got the v. I had a freakishly heavy period for 10 days and got it again freakishly heavy two weeks later for 5 days.
Yeah after getting the vaccine, I had pain in my arm for few days and my menstrual cycle did change a bit. Not sure if it's an effect of vaccine or not, my menstrual cycle started quite early than ever, like after 15 days of the last one. This never happened before. Normally I see symptoms in my body before the cycle but this time it just started without any precaution.

Oh yeah. A lot of ups and downs.
I’m cleared to go back to work on Thursday hopefully I last lol.

It does hit different. I’ll say that. The ups and downs and with me it felt like new symptoms popped up daily. I did lose smell but not taste

I have lost some sense of smell too. It’s weird though, I can smell certain things like dinner cooking and coffee but I can’t smell the cat litter or my teenagers body odor, which i usually can bc he forgets deodorant all the time. I guess if I lose the ability to smell gross things it’s not such a big loss? But I told my husband it’s all on his shoulders to save us from a house fire if I can’t smell the smoke lol

Yes I can smell certain things too.
I also noticed before I got sick I was smelling/picking up an odor similar to burnt popcorn

There's been a few news articles out in the last week or two saying that the v*ccine can indeed affect menstural cycles.

I am realizing my above question was more about side effects of shedding from vaxxed people onto the unvaxed than having covid, probably the wrong place to ask... I wonder if that would make a better thread on its own

Ah. Cannot answer there. I’m unfamiliar with shedding. Have heard but find it too…far fetched

I think we had a thread about shedding from
months ago. Maybe if you search by that term you can find it?

My vaccinated husband felt sick on a Sunday, tested positive on Monday, by Wednesday the other 5 unvaccinated people in the house, one a toddler, started showing symptoms. Didn’t bother testing the rest of us bc duh. We all had basically the same onset of symptoms: lingering headache, dry tickling cough, body aches, low fever, which turned into high fever and serious headache and body aches for about two days and then feeling fine on day 4, thinking wow that wasn’t so bad, only to get severe head congestion on day 6 which turned into a bad cold and lingering cough up to day 14. My teenage son is the only one that had diarrhea and vomiting and he’s had excruciating abdominal pain for the entire time, even now 14 days after symptoms started. We’ve gone to the er twice and they did an ultrasound and ct, bloodwork and labs and say there’s no physical cause and it’s just a symptom of Covid that could last a bit longer. No remedy except alternate ibudprofen/Tylenol.

so I just wanted to hear other peoples experiences.
the bold part is what made me question this post. Why duh? Because you’re irresponsible and refuse to do a simple check up so you don’t spread an illness to those around you? Selfish af

Bluetooth coming from vaxxed people? Is everyone on this site just brainless morons that believe anything they see on the internet? Holy shit, it’s no wonder society is failing

It’s not irresponsible it’s common sense. I don’t need to be tested to know I have a cold or the flu. Covid is no different. Our entire household was sick and we all stayed home and got through it, taking care of each other. Why would I subject myself or my family members to a long wait in a parking lot to have a q-tip shoved up our nose while we’re miserable and ill just to tell us the obvious?

If the entire household is sick I don’t think it’s necessary to test every single member. If you know there’s one positive result & everyone else develops symptoms, it’s pretty evident they have it too. If nobody is leaving the house, just hunker down and get through it. I could understand testing for household members without symptoms so that they don’t spread it unknowingly.

So YOU would have liked for them to test to make YOU feel better about YOUR feelings about covid. They already assumed they all contracted it and acted accordingly. So who's the selfish af person in all of this?

My feelings are so hurt some covidiot online yelled at me, I’m so offended

the person said “duh” and I was asking for clarification. It sounded like they don’t care about spreading the illness to others. If they hunkered down at home, cool, all is well. If they ignored their symptoms and then continued to live their life like normal, that would be selfish

That’s why it’s good to ask for clarification and define terms rather than going off based on assumptions. I’m happy to elaborate.
