Right now in Lebanon we're in another lockdown. But this time, you need PERMISSION to go out to the pharmacy and to buy bread. If you're caught without it, there are heavy fines. And your request can be refused. Even supermarkets are shut, unless they can offer delivery service, which many can't. You can only imagine how we're faring with lockdowns during the worst economic crisis we've witnessed. The media's pro-lockdown and full hospital beds propaganda is ongoing and getting stronger. If first world countries are suffering economically, how could they possibly think "the benefits outweigh the costs" in our situation?
Luckily, but surprisingly, there have been a few local doctors going on a mainstream news channel speaking against the vaccine and mentioning some things I've been reading on this forum. I don't know how they got away with it. Thankfully my barely educated parents, who would be considered in the at risk category, are aware of this. But my very educated cousin who suffers from many health issues, allergies, and infertility is so pro-vaccine that she keeps posting rude and shameful things about anti-vaccine people and those against lockdowns.
