That's great news but I can't believe that flawed PCR testing, padding the CV numbers or evidence that this virus even exists isn't at the heart of their legal battle.

Good point. In this article here, it appears Judge Chalfant is asking for the benefits of keeping restaurants open, rather than the L.A. County shutting businesses down to prevent the "virus" from spreading, and they must also provide data the healthcare system would be overwhelmed without the ban.

Perhaps the judge requesting this information from the county may be where the information will lead because we know "cases" have nothing to do with hospitals being overwhelmed.
