Officials in the United States, Canada, and Europe are considering the vaccination of workers and others against the highly pathogenic avian influenza.

The U.S. government is “looking closely” at the possibility of vaccinating farm workers and others in close contact with the virus, according to Dawn O’Connell, the assistant secretary for preparedness and response at the U.S. Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response.
Angela Rasmussen, a virologist at the University of Saskatchewan, said she has been in discussions with U.S. and Canadian officials about using vaccines to protect workers after the influenza, or bird flu, jumped from birds to cattle.

The first cases of H5N1, a strain of the flu, in cattle were detected earlier this year, although some scientists say available evidence points to the cases cropping up in late 2023.

I mean, no one asked him to make such a controversial revelation or the slides in his presentation....then there's also the moratorium under Obama on gain-of-function. Perhaps "gain-of-function" is code for some other nefarious work within the inner circles of the scientific community.

I think the gain-of-function agenda is psychological warfare. The whole Wuhan psy-op was and is meant to instill fear and give legitimacy to the killer "virus" narrative. If these scientists are working on anything it may be man-made bio-weapon injections or perhaps self spreading bio-weapon vaccines.

It reminds me of NASA, with billions of dollars being allotted to perpetuate the space/life on other planets/alien narrative. Viruses and space aliens...these scary entities that are out there. Something beyond our control. A threat to our existence. Only a world government can save us...blah.blah, blah...
