Covering coughs and sneezes -please do

I see so many people coughing and sneezing into the air instead of their sleeve, spreading the viruses and bugs (cringe). Something so simple as covering and not everyone does that. How to spread this basic and necessary knowledge to those who don't know that germs can be spread through coughing and sneezing?

i don't know what farm animal raised these open sneezers but it's disgusting. Every time I've ever been ill I've almost always caught it on the tube from some idiot spraying his germs in the middle of a packed train.
