They don’t have a choice. There’s only 3,000 icu beds in the whole state and 80% are occupied.

I believe I’m the only Italian New Yorker on the board... this is hitting me in all the feels.

I have no cases out here. None in my county. None in the county where I worked. Only one in the next adjacent county which was travel related and it’s past the incubation period so if there was spread from that we’d know already.

But I have a shit ton of family that’s about to get locked in to nyc. And more extended family in Italy. So it’s a bit nerve wrecking hearing your mother in law cry because she wants to leave but she can’t because she’s been deemed essential and she wishes she would have listened weeks ago..

There are estimated to be 1 in every 500 people with EDS and more recently 1 in every 15 people. Even at 1 in every 500 thats 14,000,000 people out of 7 billion and nobody gives a shit about that. Although by my luck Ill get it lmao I have EDS, Chiari Malformation, at least one cervical rib, apparently some other thing called myalgia parasthesia or something like that, basically reduced sensation in my left thigh which am used to now although am starting to get it my right side, had brain surgery and am still here so hopefully Ill weather the storm. Ive been in so much contact with delivery guys and removal guys the last few weeks too who have been in contact with allsorts of people, my sore throat and bit of a cough could be that already or maybe its just cause of acid reflux, ill take my acid reflux medication anyway and I have high strength vitamin c, screw antibiotics am allergic to penicillin and all the other ones make me sick and do nothing so fuck it, not had them in years and I rarely get colds or viruses tbh I think they must be scared in case my body attacks them lmao

Thanks as always for the links. I went right to this one and have to agree that our liberties are at stake. Your welcome. You know the drill: I just try to show what's out there. It's up to the reader to agree or disagree. And I think everyone should get a say, left/right whatever, like, don't just kill the messenger. See if they have a sound and valid argument. For instance, I don't follow some people on Twitter because I agree with them at all. I follow them so I know what they're thinking and talking about.

Theresa May (a useless Remainer) spent 3 years pretending to be trying to get us out of the wretched EU, so her own party and the Brit people got rid of her and elected Boris The Leaver to replace her, and that's a bingo!- he got us out of the Eu in 5 minutes flat.. :D
