I don’t see any tension between him and Jimin or any other member which is apparent. If anything it looks like Jimin is concerned about him and wants to see him happier. On the other hand there have been hints at conflicts/ troubles with his family:But Kanye is bipolar, so being sad and depressed is just a part of his life. It might not have to do with this stuff. People with this disorder at one point of time during the year are really depressed. Then it switches to very happy. This goes on until they die.
Vii is an emotional person. He likes art, he even draws. So if he isn't getting along with one member that alone can mess him up. They are together 24/7 during those promotions and touring.
Earlier you guys were talking about this I think:
It looks like he is getting even angrier when jamal says that.
Look how members get worried when they ask him if he want to make it right with someone on live tv. And they crack up when he mentions something irrelevant. Even candy smiled at that. Genie borderline scared or is it just me?
And also feels like those 2 have a love/hate relationship. And you don't want to get on Jamal bad side.

His backstory for his story tells that his fictional character is sandwiched between to loved siblings (he has 2 siblings himself) and wants out from a suffocating life with the family and just wants to be accepted by his father. Who knows maybe it is his own story?

More hints that he can’t be himself around his family. Says BTS members know him the best, even more than his own family during recent interview.

This paired with the solos written for him to sing (which he confirmed have a theme sorrow and are personal but never fully disclosed) raise my suspicion even more. Many believe Stigma is heavily lgbt coded and the lyrics explicitly talk about shame and guilt aroud family members (brother and sister). Singularity is also about hiding behind a mask and not being able to be yourself. He also cries during another song which is about hiding who you truly are from your loved ones but still wanting their affection. Perhaps if the speculations that he is lgbt are true, it would be explained by the fact the hasnt come out to his family and is scared of rejection.
