I would imagine the Seoul dialect is comparable to the mid-atlantic (standard American) accent actors and news casters adopt in the states...each word is enunciated clearly and can be understood by any English speaker. While a Busan dialect would be comparable to an American southern accent.. (More country with distinct tones.)
Watch when he has to do math or write something down. He's not well educated because he was never there. They spent most of his school year on the road or in the studio. Sopa is a school for idols that can't be there often. It's known for the celebrities, not the academic rigor.
Teen idols miss out on the normal experiences and growth someone their age has. He's emotionally and mentally stunted. Some idols are physically stunted because of malnutrition. He can't solve a basic math problem. Math is something we use everyday.
He's still a child even though his body is adult. His mind was never able to mature because he was purposely stunted to fit Armys tastes.
I think Jimin spent time at a normal high school before training. He also had experience with juggling artistic schedules with schoolwork.

From my understanding, PTD was meant to be welcoming of a new "era" - something typical of elites. PTD, if we look more closely, kind of reminds me of how elites dont need permission to do anything, they make rules and makes the general people dance..
