You must know what bible says...I underlined your comment above regarding ex-occultist, are you saying you don’t believe someone in an occult could leave? Or that they can’t leave and be free to speak about it? Just want to understand your statement. I am also reading the older posts simultaneously, wasn’t there an ex occultist in this thread a few years back?
As far as Ephesians 6:12, it’s one of my favorite scriptures and is the reason why I am able to see the things of this world so much clearer.
And yes repentance is key but knowing that I too was once an enemy of God, blind to my sinfulness, given over to my flesh yet the Lord opened my eyes, I cried out for His forgiveness and He saved me. I’m praying the same for these young men(along with others who I pray for)I know not everyone in the dark world of entertainment will be saved but I don’t know whom God will choose to reveal himself to, I can only hope and pray and of course when given the chance share the gospel, plant the seed and hope the Lord allows it to grow.
- Matthew 12:30-32: Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. Therefore I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
- Mark 3:28-30: Truly I tell you, people will be forgiven for their sins and whatever blasphemies they utter; but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit can never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin—for they had said, "He has an unclean spirit."
