Are you British??!!!

I completely can relate to you... I think you’re either from Wales or Ireland because I’m currently doing A Levels (England) and in 2017 when I was preparing for my GCSE’s, I had the same problem as you. I was watching them day and night and I was so obsessed with them. I used to watch hour long videos and all the run episodes straight after school.... I stopped being a fan before my exams and thank goodness I got the grades I needed because my obsession wouldn’t have just affected my studies but also my mental health... my relationship with God was at its lowest when I was a BTS fan. Similar to you I also was an American/Artist fan... I liked Adele/One Direction/Demi Lovato and I would have never thought I’d like BTS or ever get into them.

Just know you’re not alone!!! A lot of people here have similar stories! Welcome
Actually I'm singaporean.

Hi guys. This is a bit random but i used to hate kpop since 2017 when the girls in class around me started being obssessed with groups like bts, exo and all the other kpop groups
I thought they were dumb and their music overrated and I preferred Travis scott, kendrick lamar, taylor swift and ava max-- basically all the American pop music. This year my ex best friend convinced me to like bts by making me watch their videos and I seriously thought they were actually quite gd. In late July this year I started stanning them but my grades went down because I would spend so many hours watching them on YouTube and I also fell out of love with American pop and only listened to them until late August when I realised sth was really wrong about my addiction to bts as it caused me to lose focus in my studies and the music I used to love. Then somehow I stumbled upon this thread. I come from a Christian family but I don't pray and I'm not vv religious, neither do I go to church. What I read here was very insightful and I have cut down my intake of bts music. But now I'm considering having a bts fast until my o lvls end but idk. I still like their music even though I know it's satanic and wrong.
Hey yes me too. I sometimes find myself slipping and listening to kpop. But ik it's bad an all bit what ik is that it wasn't as bad as before. And tbh..i rarely do that. When i do I'm just like dang..

Agreed. A lot of things are happening in the media and world I think to desensitise people into getting ready for the next stop. I.e the gay agenda in movies and shows, next step transgenders=done, next step will be p***philia and we can see that already with that Netflix Cuties film. This whole narrative about "Gender being a social construct" can you imagine if they try to abolition gender and make everything neutral like bathrooms? That means a grown man can share a bathroom with a little girl vice verse etc. It's sickening.

It's like now with coronavirus too, in stores they test your temperature with this small device that scans get this, either your forehead or your wrist. In the bible, you receive the mark of the beast 666 on either...the forehead, or the wrist. It's all to subconsciously bring down people's alerts and barriers so they more inclined to naturally succumb to whatever the next step is the nwo wants to put out there..
Those thermometers have been around way before Corona lmao. I'm sorry but sometimes a pen is just a pen

First of all why are you defending people that don't even know you exist and don't even care about you?
Bts are not innocent men they are grown men who know what is bad and good so they don't need you armys to defend them as if their little toddlers. And their are a lot of mistakes they have done and their are not held accountable for it. And everything you see about bts is fake or scripted. They are not who they say they are. A lot of the times they act fake and don't show their real faces. So please stop defending such people that did nothing for you. I hope you stop obsessing over them. And can you stop insulting the members in this thread. Your making matters more worse than better. If you don't like this thread you can kindly disagree or you can leave and not come back because this thread is not for you. And have a good day.

I don’t know what religion you follow but in Islam dancing and singing is completely forbidden because it’s regarded as the Devils voice.... it’s a sin Ive found REALLY hard to let go of... but tbh I hardly listen to music. I only like one Korean group member: Young K from day6 and I listen to Bollywood/Pakistani songs but this is very rare! It’s not something I’m addicted to, and I try to refrain from it when I can.

yes so it is not allowed, it is impermissible to be part of it

Well in Islam its completely forbidden. I didnt understand why until I found out that music is a tool of the devil, and people use music to spread their witch craft and spell. Apparently dancing is also a part of witch craft, and musicians perform certain dance moves to cast spells as well. Sounds insane!!!! But iv read material that states that entertainers use dance moves in rituals on stage. Michael Jackson spoke about famous dances including the Jitter bug all being forms of witch craft. I wanted to be a dancer all my life. Maybe its a good thing I didnt become one. But ya. Its up to whoever to decide from the knowledge they gather

Also it was specifically watching BTS dance performances with attention that got me bewitched. DOPE got me hooked I was like mesmerised. I also believe ON the performance on Jimmy Fallon at Grand central had some potent Juju
