1) no probably not. Maybe keeplocked to his cell for ten days but that isn’t really a “penalty” and you’d have no way of knowing if something like that did in fact transpire - it isn’t public record.

2) prisons set limits on how much supplementary food you are allowed to have and/or purchase. If you don’t like the rules don’t go to prison. Having more money in your commissary account doesn’t change this rule.

3) yes special treatment if you are asking for anything above and beyond what every other prisoner gets

4) he has a rap sheet a mile long including drug charges and entering the United States illegally using a fake passport. The prison you go to is determined by the entirety of your criminal history not the single incident responsible for your current incarceration.

5) so children should be punished and given conditions way harsher then this man got for crimes they themselves didn’t commit but this CRIMINAL deserves better simply because you agree with him that Muslims are evil?

6. Did you actually read the judges comments? He won ONE appeal and the other was sent back for a new trial. He continuously engaged in behavior after being told explicitly it was against the law and if he did it again he would be incarcerated. And he has a rap sheet a mile long for similar and unrelated crimes. Know when you are being played Lisa.
1.) The last time he had solitary it was months, its not supposed to be, but it was..that’s why he came out of prison with ptsd and in a really bad place.

2.) Apparently he wasn’t even close to using to the limit they allowed.

3.) He wasn’t asking for special treatment.

4.) So, entering the US illegally is in the same manner as killers? I don’t think so. And what he was thrown into jail for wasn’t in the same manner either...

5.) This man didn’t do what they said he did..so he didn’t deserve to be there in the first place. Ya, those kids are getting meals and not just one can of tuna and a piece of fruit for 5 days. You’re comparing apples and oranges again.
He does have a rap sheet and the first crime was a crime of a stupid young man, many of the others were set up like the house thing but he does admit he acted foolishly about the passport and coming to the US. He doesn’t even say he is perfect and he hasn’t made any mistakes, he owns up to them..I’ve read his book.

1) According to whom? Who told you about his solitary? Who told you why he was in it? How long it was? Have you seen the prison records?

My husband was held in solitary confinement for two years even though he wasn’t supposed to be. Because he couldn’t pee. So seriously cry me a river. Your such a hypocrite. It’s disgusting. You literally wouldn’t give two fucks about anyone else experiencing this exact same shit or even worse but because he says inflammatory shit you agree with you are willing to overlook everything else and think he is the lone person who doesn’t deserve this while ignoring it is happening to MILLIONS of people on a daily basis

I was also speaking about the guy who punched him.

2) says who? Have you seen the prison records or his commissary sheets?

3) he is asking for special treatment if he is asking for something above and beyond what other prisoners get.

4) no entering the us illegally isn’t in the same manner as killers... somehow you are able to see that distinction HERE, go figure. But you’d have other people who do that thrown in concentration camps no questions asked so I have to wonder about your graciousness here..

Also that wasn’t my point. My point is he has an extensive rap sheet and what prison you land on depends on that kinda thing, not just the nature of your current crime. he also has DRUG CHARGES LISA. Those goddamn addicts. That’s why he can’t come to the United States. I guess he was framed for that too even though they predate his current journalistic endeavors...

5) he knowingly filmed a court proceeding that had a media ban after being told by the courts previously that it is a crime and if he did it again he’d be in jail. So what didn’t he do?

So I guess this guy - who did a lot of things wrong - can do no wrong according to you? How did that work?

I’d actually sit here and agree with you about harsh prison conditions and the need for criminal justice reform.. but I can’t cuz you won’t sit here and even consider that this is a problem for anyone or in any way other than for this one specific person.

Tommy Robinson has boasted about scoring drugs and proclaimed himself “king of the whole Islam race”, in newly emerged footage.

The far-right activist, who has several criminal convictions and in 2014 admitted to possessing 3.48 grams of cocaine with intent to supply, claimed: “No matter where I’ve gone in the world I score … I’ve gone to f***ing Qatar, to Doha, and scored gear on the sesh while they’re all praying. Everywhere mate, every city I’ve gone to.”

A video obtained by The Sun shows Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, walking down a street in the Italian city of Bologna last month.

He is seen describing a taxi driver as a “little p**i who drives a car”.

In another clip, he sings: “I’m going to punch you in the head, kick you in the face, because I am the king of the whole Islam race.”

Robinson declared himself a Zionist and said that “if there was a war tomorrow, which there will be, because I’ll probably start it at the end of this sesh”, he would fight for Israel, adding: “F*** Palestine.”

“I had to ring Benjamin Netanf***ing blah … I can’t remember his name, and got my Zionist card out and said I am a Zionist and I bought us everything,” he added. “Shalom motherf***er.”

Robinson has visited the country and a pro-Israel think-tank helped fund his legal expenses last year.

Posting on his Facebook account after the video was published, Robinson said the footage was from a group message with friends of different ethnicities, who were “bantering each other constantly”.

The 36-year-old father accused The Sun of cutting together clips from different occasions.

“I was absolutely steamboated, I don’t even remember,” he added. “It’s cringe.”

In a separate live video, which appeared to be sent from a Center Parcs holiday with his wife and children, Robinson said he had been “chatting s***”.

“Does anyone think that Tommy Robinson went to an Islamic country and got drugs and took them?” he added.

Nigel Farage says Ukip’s appointment of Tommy Robinson is ‘dragging us in a shameful direction’
The footage emerged days before a Panorama documentary on Robinson, who has threatened to “expose” BBC journalists and called a protest in Manchester.

The English Defence League (EDL) founder garnered global support after being jailed for contempt of court in May last year.

He was freed in August after the Court of Appeal overturned the findings because of procedural failings, and the attorney general is currently deciding whether the case will proceed.

Robinson, who is Ukip’s official adviser on grooming gangs, is trying to set up a new website and has been asking supporters for donations for his work, and to attempt to sue media outlets.

He was due to go on an Australian speaking tour alongside Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes and Milo Yiannopoulos this month, but the event was postponed because the trio have not been granted visas.

Supporters had paid up to A$995 (£563) to attend the tour, which was originally scheduled for December.

Robinson was also unable to speak to Republican senators in Washington after the US failed to grant a visa in time last year.

Robinson’s extensive criminal record includes convictions for violence, drug possession, public order offences, mortgage fraud and entering the US under a false passport.

1 and 2.) He was in it and he told his story in a book.

3.) No he isn’t.

4.) I have no idea what you’re trying to say in the first paragraph..are you saying other people don’t see it that way? Then why bring it up to me?
He was judged on the nature of this crime and the fact he didn’t finish the sentence..but he was let out by another judge. He did drugs but he’s not a drug addict anymore, if he was. Ya, I know that’s why he’s having a problem coming to the US.

5.) No, he was filming outside the court and asking the muslim pedophiles what they thought of their conviction. He was also talking about things that were already in the public domain. He even asked the police if it was ok to stand where he was. He couldn’t have messed up the trial since they were at the sentencing phase, these muslims were already convicted.
I didn’t say he didn’t do any wrong..he just didn’t do what he was convicted of this last time.

It would kill you to agree with me anyway...lol!

Yes, I know about this. Apparently he was drunk and he and his friends..friends who aren’t white were talking trash to one another. How the press found out was one of those friends showed the chat to the press. I don’t agree with the trash talk because it does make him look bad, but I know that when men are together and drinking they can talk trash to each other.
He says he won’t get drunk anymore..which is a good thing.

The violence thing was a set up if its about a cop that didn’t identify himself and was in his and his wife’s business on a public street.
Idk about the drug possession, but I’ve already told you that he admits to doing drugs in his youth and as a way to deal with the pressures of the edl.
I’m not sure about the public order offenses except there was a big brouhaha with the police when he was with his children in a pub with friends and the police came in and bullied him and marched him and his kids out of town even though the pub owner or manager told him that he and his friends weren’t a problem. Everywhere he goes he’s attacked and nothing is done to his attackers. The man who threw the shake at him was escorted out of town and he was boasting about it in his car.
The mortgage fraud was a set up and he only pleaded guilty because police officials told him that they would try his wife on the charges and he was trying to protect her and her identity so he pleaded guilty. But they were also trumped up charges.
Yes, he agrees that he did a dumb move with the passport and coming to the US. He nearly lost me with this issue because his name now is a different name then Tommy Robinson nor is it Stephen Yaxley Lennon but some other name I can’t think of. But, that was to match the passport name. He should change it back to either Stephen or Tommy.
That’s what I know of those issues and its in his book..so he should know.

I guess if he wanted to back down on highlighting the muslim r*pe gangs and producing documentaries about the press (the bbc) trying to do hit pieces on him..then I’m sure he could live peacefully, but he feels that he has a duty to keep going with this.

You would excuse the devil if he said what you wanted to hear...

Anyone else with that rap sheet you would write off as a dirty criminal and an addict. But because he says things you like - everyone else is wrong and he’s just being unjustly persecuted.

Have you never met a conman or a criminal in your life?

1 & 2 - he would have no incentive to lie about that at all? Prison records in the United States are available to the owner of them through foil. If he’s telling the truth he should produce them. He should also sue the shit out of the department of corrections. He hasn’t sued so I’m going to bet he’s not being entirely truthful. Solitary is used for either disciplinary or protection. If he was put there for protection he should stop bitching about it. He’d be dead otherwise. If it was for disciplinary then he should produce the records proving it was unjust and sue. He has enough deep pockets behind him to do that sorta thing and should consider himself blessed since 99% of people in prison are violated on a daily basis with no recourse.

3. He either is or he should sue.

4. He wasn’t found innocent by that judge. The case was sent back for procedural errors to be retried at the discretion of the prosecution.

What was my point? You dismiss this guy entering the United States illegally while advocating locking toddlers up in concentration camps for the same thing. It’s no big deal for this guy but a grave offense for others. Only difference? Color of their skin and stated political affiliations.

He had almost 4 grams of cocaine and plead guilty to possession with intent to distribute. He jokes about getting high. Behind every joke... considering your contempt for addicts I’m shocked this isn’t a deal breaker for you.

5) so you know better than the entire British legal system?

1.) He doesn’t have deep pockets behind him that I’ve heard of. He was going to sue but they’ve kept him tangled up. Probably shouldn’t have said he was gonna do it. Come to think of it, he did take someone to court but he lost..the deck is stacked against him.

4.) The judge said it was wrong to try him and let him out.
Now they are toddlers?
He made a mistake and he gave up the drugs..that’s all I would like to see anyway, people give up their drugs. Why pound him for it when he doesn’t do it anymore.

5.) I only know what I’ve read and seen in some videos. He is right about the r*pe gangs and I think it’s good that he’s shone a light on that.

Which argument are ya talking about? I guess the news that he was decked was fake news..
Your argument that he is being treated so badly in prison.

Which... literally everyone is treated badly in prison. It’s prison.

1) WHY was he being held in solitary Lisa? Discipline or protection? The guy is sitting there saying he’s scared they’re going to kill him in prison so my best guess is protection. You don’t sue when it’s for protection. You thank them. Yeah, solitary sucks. Better then being dead though.

If he was going to sue, he would have. He can even file the lawsuit from where he’s sitting now. He was released for months he had every opportunity. And yes he does have deep pockets behind him - look at everyone complaining about his incarceration there’s quite a few big names there.

2) that isn’t what the judge actually said. Did you read what the judge said or only read what Robinson said the judge said?

Yes Lisa quite a few toddlers amongst the children being held in those camps.

Because I guarantee you he didn’t “give it up” - there’s audio of him talking about getting high. Joking about it. People who are former addicts don’t joke about getting high.

5) did you read any official sources or are they all Robinson’s own words/videos. Because the official sources disagree with you.

Idk how he is being treated this time around...but I do know how he was treated the last time.

1.) He was going to sue but idk what became of those plans. He also said that he didn’t have the deep pockets behind him like everyone says...though idk how he got his bus.

2.) I thought that was the gist of what the judge said.

He was also drunk..people do say stupid things when they are drunk and think they are just talking to their friends and not the world. Idk more than that.

3.) for 5...I know the official sources disagree that’s the point...they are lying about stuff.

Do you realize that your entire argument and every point you made relies on nothing but “he said” even when what “he said” flies in the face of all available evidence stating otherwise?

I understabd that. What I am trying to tell you is that I wouldn’t take his word as the most reliable source considering it’s in his best interest to portray himself in the best possible light. Especially not when there are competing sources showing the opposite. The truth is most likely somewhere in the middle.

He was there so it is his word against their word, I think he is telling the truth. How is he portraying himself in the best possible light when he admits to messing things up? Not everything but certainly some things. On this case I do believe him and that the officials are wrong to imprison him.

No, I haven’t donated to his cause. I thought the money went to pay his considerable cost in his court case...cause you know he’s got to pay that too.

She tried ;)
Did you read the link? His camera woman aid he spent the donations on blow. It’s funny how you think all homeless are druggies who don’t deserve a sandwich but you’ll defend a far right grifter because you agree with him.

I also know that there is a lot of misinformation out there about him. His camera woman also took it down...so who knows what’s going on with that.

Guy isn’t homeless, and he is trying to make a life for himself and his family.
