Whenever you listen to a song in reverse how do you know if they're actually singing something subliminal? Because I feel like sometimes it's just noise.
If you play it in reverse you will actually hear it. Some songs only have a few lines hidden and you'll need to listen for a few minutes to get to it.

I imagine some songs just have noise though. I highly doubt every song has back masking in it. If your bothered by the notion just don't listen to it. Pass the time with podcasts or talk radio.

oh ok, I was always curious because I have heard in the past some have done classical music as part of their training.
It's not death or black metal but if i remember correctly kirk hammett from metalica was clasically trained

And the singer of the band mercyful fate, king diamond (who went on to have his own metal band), was a trained opera singer, if i remember correctly

This info doesnt appear to be listed on their wikipedia, but i heard it back in the day from friends who were huge fans.

(And i have really become the opposite of desensitized to this stuff, because just doing this tiny bit of research made me feel physically ill)

. I have 3 songs by Slayer on Rock Band and get an evil feeling when I have played them. Also Slayer has album called South of Heaven
Yeah, the majority of their album titles (and some song titles) are blatantly satanic.

A guy i used to hang out with told me SLAYER stands for Satan Laughts As You Eternally Rot.

Other album titles include "Hell awaits", "diabolicus en musica", "God hates us all".

There was a teenage girl murdered in the mid 90s whose parents blamed the murder on slayer

I'll make this thread an all metal and rock thread. You can post everything rock and metal here.

This has to do with heavy metal, Judas Priest's music was blamed for 2 suicide attempts in the mid-1980s.

Regarding black metal, there were two notable murders in the 90s.

The first one was guitarist Kristian "Varg" Vikernes of the band Burzum murdering fellow guitarist Øystein "Euronmyous" Aarseth, of the band Mayhem, on August 10, 1993. There was also

The second murder was Bård G. "Faust" Eithun of the band Emperor, who murdered a gay guy for flirting with him, on August 21, 1992.

You can read more about them here:

There was also Jon Nödtveidt of the band Dissection and his Iranian friend Vlad who murdered a gay man named Josef ben Meddour, on July 22, 1997, by shooting him twice in the head, because his homosexual demeanor annoyed the two men. However it was Vlad that fired both shots imo. Look up the Keiller's Park murder on Wikipedia.

Ozzy had a song to address that situation called Suicide Solution.

I posted this song in wrong thread. So this was a song "year zero" by Swedish Metal Band named "Ghost". It is a viral tiktok sound, it sounds eerie so I looked into lyrics. Its a reference to whole Demonic entities like Belial, Behemoth, Beelzebub etc . This is some detail into the band Lore and their inspiration behind it

At metal-archives.com, in the search bar in the upper right corner, you can drop down the menu where it says Band Name and select "Themes" for lyrical themes.

In lyrical themes you can find an entire list of known metal bands of all subgenres, for the themes,

Secret societies

New world order:

Conspiracy theories

And anti-zionism

Illuminati

And searching the term "freemasons" as themes redirects to a Melodic Technical Death/Thrash Metal band called Blood Mason

Regarding black metal (some musicians are Satanists), in 2014 in Thailand, Samong Traisattha, the vocalist of the band Surrender of Divinity was stabbed to death by a crazy fan for "tarnishing Satanism". Apparently Samong was not a "true" Satanist.

One of my favourite black metal bands is Inquisition.

Know and understand that black metal is THE satanic genre of metal.

For crimes done by musicians/artists, you can separate the art from the artists, like separate their black metal work (albums, EPs, demos, compilations, splits) from their crimes, and still like their black metal work for the work that it is. Can you like the art of a mad artist?

However there is a line drawn somewhere when it comes to crimes done by musicians right, where "separate the art from the artist" becomes unacceptable when it concer crimes regarding children?

Very most unfortunately, I am miserable about one of my favourite black metal bands, Inquisition. The guitarist, vocalist and main musician Dagon (ja$0n w13rbach) was arrested on possession of child p*rnography on a hard drive way back in December of 2008. He had a trial in June of 2009 and his charges are described in this article. (Note metalsucks is a far left wing website, don't trust it aside from that article alone.)

He has a non-metal, electronic music side project called 88MM, however this side project deals with national socialist themes.

All of this was found out around 2018. In 2020, Inquisition released a new album Black Mass for a Mass Grave, and some metalheads still separate the art from the artist and listen to his work.

Most unfortunately I have most of Inquisition's albums, I haven't listened to them in since their 2016 album, in 2016.

In my opinion, no, it is not possible to separate the art from the artist.

Depending on one's view either the artist's mind is coming up with these things, which gives us a view into their mental or spiritual state, or the artist is directly channeling demonic forces. Either way, not good. To quote the Bible "you will know them by their fruits".

I don't know you, but (also, just in my opinion) i think the fact that you are questioning this means you may feel there's something off about continuing to listen to this kind of music.

Very interesting. I previously thought an artist could be separate as the artist can put on an act, and the act is not really the artist's true nature. I thought an artist could put on an act like an actor does.

I thought some artists just act crazy to make themselves look extreme, cool, hardcore, etc.

But no, most black metal artists in particular are serious about their dark occult (other occult paths like Set)/Satanic/Luciferian beliefs. Some are not serious but most are.

You are indeed correct in saying that the art comes from the artist's mind, and that whatever the artist has put out is a reflection of the artist's mental and/or spiritual state.

Mind you, for all Satanic bands in all subgenres of metal (mostly black metal and some death metal ones), they do indeed study the scripture, in order to intentionally sing/make music about the inverse.

Black metal, death metal and their subgenres are my favourite music genres that I had been listening to for 15 years. I decided to analyze the content of these genres because I realized it's not all "just shock value", to offend and worry metalheads' parents. This music is not meant to be "just entertainment". This music has powerful dark occult messages and themes that may have an affect on fans/listeners.

Metal music, as with rock music, as with rap music, and even pop music (including kpop and jpop) is a psychological warfare campaign by the elites, against any of the masses who happen to like these music genres, the end goal being degeneracy in the form of careless casual promiscuous sex (putting yourself at risk of stds and destroying the neurochemical pair bonding ability, drug use of various hard drugs and hard liquor, and getting into the occult without realizing it, all for depopulation, destroying the family unit and their other agendas).

I'm not a Christian, I'm a deist, but one of the elites' goals is to completely destroy Christianity. Knowing this goal in mind, you'll realize that rock and metal music were created to try to brainwash the masses into going against and abandoning Christianity, and to go into the left hand path, whatever that left hand path may be.

Rock and metal are created methods, in which the elites try to reach this goal of destroying Christianity, and to try to get the masses into the occult so they can be primed to follow the planned one-world-Luciferian religion.

I was just looking at any word-concept connections the other day, there are lots of word-concepts in all of the Luciferian Ashkenazi-and-shabbos goy controlled media, also and especially with gematria.

In biology, heavy metals are toxic to all classes of neurons. Could the elite creators of rock and heavy metal music, where this all started, could have meant with the genre name "heavy metal", that it (the music) is neurotoxic to the brain?

Yeah, that's something i noticed only years after i had stopped listening to metal and had started studying scripture.

At the time i had no idea (except for obvious examples, like the intro to an album called "dechristianize" by vital remains, which reenacted Jesus's trial).

That's a great observation! I would not be surprised if the name was purposely chosen.

I only have superficial knowledge, and aneccotal evidence, of the effects of music on the brain. I've read that some genres of music affect intelligence (but if i remember correctly, supposedly metal did not result in lowered intelligence). I have seen the pictures that show how different types of music, or even words, affect water crystalization patterns, but to be honest i don't know if they are trustworthy or just a gateway into new age-ism...

Anecdotally, i would say that the years that i was listening to metal were - how do i put it? - the darkest in my life. I'm not going to go into details online for now, but i truly was a different person. Does it affect everyone the same way? I could not say.

I'm still on the fence as to whether there is already a factor in an individual that would make them even seek out the more extreme forms of metal, that leaves them more "open" to being influenced.

Something i have wondered is if the music (meaning the instrumentals) can be separated from the lyrical content. Unfortunately, if i'm honest with myself i think the answer is no.

I've noticed that when I first started listening to metal, those were the darkest times in my life as well. I was a completely different person as well.

Horribly,

There is a 2006 BBC documentary called "Death Metal Murders" where in Italy, a group of death metal fans, 3 teens (Andrea Volpe, Mario Maccione and Nicola Sapone) who were in a Satanic sect called Beasts of Satan, were charged in murdering 2 (I wrote 3 before, I was mistaken) teens (16yo Fabio Tollis and his girlfriend Chiara Marino).

Even though this was back in 2006, this is still important and relevant today, and should not be forgotten.

The documentary can be seen here:
