Ehrman’s message means, at least as I interpret it, he would’ve been a Christian if the Bible consisted only of the New Testament. I’m certain millions of agnostics and other fence-sitters feel the same way.

Ehrman’s message means, at least as I interpret it, he would’ve been a Christian if the Bible consisted only of the New Testament. I’m certain millions of agnostics and other fence-sitters feel the same way.

Rather like the movie “Sliding Doors”, for want of good Bible teaching, he took the bleak road from rejecting the message of the Bible, to wanting to create God in his own image, to abandonment of faith altogether.
