I went to the station; the court, called every number I could find, had a police relative try to intervene to track him down... didn’t locate him or even find out what the warrant was about until 3 in the afternoon. Saw the judge and was released with the charges dismissed. missed our flight. Now tell me how he was in NY prisons from 2004-2015, then on NY parole until 2017 and this bike riding ticket never popped up anywhere but all of a sudden there it is? The NYPD is godawful. Why would I have to? I showed you an advisor to a president saying the plan was to disrupt the black community. Yeah, the courts just railroad people all the time. Especially if you are poor or part of the minority. In the article I posted, apparently, some black kids were charged with resisting arrest when they were never under arrest, to begin with. This is just one aspect that gets completely overlooked when talking about crime statistics.

Black people didn't create police misconduct by being so damn criminal. Nor did anyone for that matter. Police misconduct just exists because of the nature of power. The cause and effect relationship there is basic. Courts have given police an absurd amount of power, and abusing that power can seem like the logical next step.

I see racism, or any ideology determined by identity as an attempt by the mind to psychologically cope with the concept of power. It's like they are wearing a powerful mask, but beneath it is some small-minded person. Again, it all goes back to the nature of power. Coping with, or even utilizing power properly requires the type of integration that's like running through a gauntlet. Why confront anything internally, when one can just slap a mask on and project outward?

Umm no. When you purposely destabilize something, simply stopping, doesnt make everything go back together. If I purposely destabilize your TV to where it doesnt work as it should, stopping is not going to make it work as it used to. So the simple fact that we can establish there was a plan and see that the plan was successful, is really the only thing that we need to point out. Now, it should be about repairing that destabilizing that occurred and not pretending that it didnt happen or that because they "stopped" (and Im just running with this) that everything is back to normal now...

When you put all deaths on the denominator, put unarmed deaths on the dividend, you cannot find the risk of people dying while unarmed.

I read the numbers wrong and corrected myself and re ran the math after realizing. Any one can see that for themselves. After correcting the math an unarmed no risk to LE blacks person is 120% more likely to be shot and killed by cops then an unarmed no risk to LE white person. Your insistence on using the violent crime rate by demographic in the denominator is not accurate and would only be done if cops were only killing violent criminals. I did the math on the category that was not violent and posed no risk so there’s no reason to use the violent crime rate in the denominator. You have yet to admit any of this is a problem. You have yet to acknowledge what your own stats say. Apparantly, I’m more honest then you yet your accusing me of being dishonest lol. Get over yourself.

no I didn't. I said all crimes. The police not only kill violent criminals but kill those with suspicious behavior while resisting arrest. This happens in all crimes. This is not related to the category of crime. And if more black people committed crime, so logically, more black people acted suspiciously during the arrest. If 19 unarmed white and 9 unarmed black died in 2019, if this is compatible with crime rates, black lives aren't at risk.

I thought we found out that BLM was sponsored by Soros during the Ferguson protests from 6/7 years ago?Can you pull up BLMs mission statement and explain how it’s NOT a LGBT/feminist front organization wearing blackface? Even today you can hear trans people now trying to insert their “black trans lives matter” slogans into the mainstream. The movement has nothing to do with the real plight beyond the surface. The problem is you use this LGBT/feminist front organization (refer to mission statement) as a reason as to why the real plight its SUPPOSED to be representing doesnt exist. As I said if the state admits they worked to destabilize the community, then of course, the results arent going to be good. And if they have been destabilized, then that automatically makes their lives at risk.
