Yeah I got wraps and 16oz gloves.
It's just that I got in a fight last weekend sadly. My middle knuckle was swollen for a few days. Pain is still there but tolerable.
And I enjoy the bag work. I do 3 rounds of 15 to 20 minutes. A lot is just working on technique and footwork which I love.
Great cardio, but what I like is the focus it requires. Boxing is a technique and art that I feel is under appreciated.
