I find that when I take magnesium it works for acid reflux but just read it works for ulcers.
I also read somewhere that cabbage juice helps. Hope you get better.

@KingOfTheRock : thank you for your reply, unfortunately cinnamon is a stomach irritant.
I've been to a doctor in the past, I know the drill, it's a reoccurring problem for me, but this time it's one of the worst I've experienced. It has never been an e-coli type of ulcer in the past, so hopefully it isn't one now either. If it doesn't improve soon though, I'll be going to a hospital, it's too much and too many days.

@DesertRose : Taking magnesium (and B vitamins) makes feel sick, I have a weird body :(
But I read earlier about cabbage juice and I'm veeery excited to try it on Sunday, hopefully I won't be hospitalized till then. Thank you for your words!

Is it from too much acid or not enough? Digestive enzymes helped acid reflux (thought to be from too much acid, but actually was from too little acid). I get the generic brand from Whole Foods that's $8 or less. They taste like ginger without the heat.

@Dalit: it's part genetic (I have an abnormal esophagus, my father has a long history of stomach ulcers, my sis died from her problems as a baby), part complications from a botched surgery and part just me torturing my stomach and esophagus when I used to have bulimia (not the throwing up type of bulimia though, I lack that ability sadly), etc...in short, it's from a lot of things, not just acid unfortunately

I'm sorry you suffered from bulimia. Can relate a little there. Was an exercise bulimic. Be glad you couldn't throw up. I'm glad you're alive.
