How's the withdrawal going?

I well I feel really achey and a bit sick, but I took some ibuprofen and that helped. Thanks for yer concern. My whole family has always had a substance abuse issue, and I dont want to end up like my parents who used to do meth. One drug leads to another, so I'm cutting it off now.

Hey Z.T, you can do it. I quit alcohol cold turkey after three years of very heavy drinking. What made me quit was wanting to keep up with my son, I gained a lot of weight and was having alcohol tremors at night. My advice: Find yourself a good support system and it's all smooth sailing. Rooting for you bro.
