Hence why it's a good idea to wait until Friday or later to cut out sugar and flour. :) Also the gym is less packed in the next month and crammed in January.

I'm a regular with health/fitness. Once in awhile I have a sweet tooth. Been a hot sauce junkie lately. So a lot of sub sandwiches and baked or grilled chicken.
