I got that wording from a video posted earlier. You’re right, upon reading they didn’t go through one by one and make them swear that, but their political views are being vetted and theyre being hand picked.

Didn’t read anything about swearing though. All I see is the Capitol being occupied by the Army. Just imagine ...

Sometimes the greater picture becomes obvious when putting things in the proper perspective.
