I do not know anything about Harry Styles, or what he does for a living (actor, musician, etc...I’m not sure), but I applaud him for having the guts to go strongly against “the norm” of what men are “supposed” to wear, and to wear feminine clothing for that photo shoot! I had an ex boyfriend when I was 18 years old, and (in my punk/glam stage) who wore eye makeup, and one of my plaid skirts (it looked similar to a kilt) out in public several times! We were living in a very small, boring, conservative, joke of a “city,” where we loved to freak the judgmental, dull Repugnicants out! I saw the band KMFDM live one night, and the wild, German lead singer wore a skirt onstage. (I met him after the show and got his autograph too)! Male cross dressers (transvestites), and drag queens have always fascinated me, and I couldn’t wait to move from that small city to a large, liberal place at age 19 for college, which is exactly what I did! I got in with the A list drag queen crowd when I did move there, and lived an absolutely wild lifestyle with them! It was incredible. (Hell, I’m female, but got all dressed up just like I was one of them)!! There is nothing wrong with cross dressing. I find butch lesbians to be extremely hot dressed all dapper in a cool fedora too! (I’m bisexual). Why not? Who made a rule that states “men must stick to just wearing this,” and “women must stick to wearing that?!” When it comes to “fashion,”’ rules are meant to be broken, and in my opinion, Harry Styles did a fabulous job of doing just that in his fab photo shoot! :)
