Also my husband tried to record Kings county hospital (Brooklyn) a couple years back when they were denying him necessary care and almost ended up with a criminal charge. Hospital policy is no cameras or recording devices and they aggressively enforce that. That policy goes for all the public hospitals in NYC.

When they say bad it just means that people are going nuts thinking they have Covid19, so they are getting tested like crazy and think they have it. Probably calling 911 just for flu symptoms as well.

True. I forgot they get pretty worked up if you start taking pics in hospitals, although I have seen pics on Twitter that are purported to be of NYC hospitals.

That’s probably why CBS used Italian footage in the first place, though. They didn’t have any they could legally use, so they ran what they could find. Still, shows how dishonest they are willing to be to make a story.

My entire family lives in NYC. You do realize that right? My mother in law is a healthcare worker. My cousin is a hospital social worker.

Do you even read before you type? Or think?

They aren’t even testing people in NYC unless their symptoms are bad enough to require hospitalization or they are a frontline worker. Where are you getting this shit?

There is a lot of independent footage out there showing many hospitals in NY are quite empty. Now, they could be select ones I suppose for effect, but there are more and more people exploring the hotbeds and looking for Ground zero like stuff.

If anyone’s interested, here’s a statement from the EPA about the relaxing of enforcement during this time. Interesting to note they specifically call out the Associated Press and New York Times, among others, for reporting this story completely wrong. I can’t stress enough how very little you can rely on anything you hear from the MSM as being true.
