I recently listened to an old radio show of Bill Cooper in which he discusses the NWO and it's origins. In it he claims the the name Free Mason has it's origin in a French phrase that sounds just like that but means "sons of light". I tried Google translate but the phrase it gave me was not what Cooper said. So if you know what two words in French are that sound like free mason or perhaps may-saw (imagine saying mason in a cliche French accent). Thanks.

It's from the egyptian Phree messen, which mean sons of light. In french it's "fils de la lumière"
This is interesting, but I'm also curious to understand why it cames from the egyptian language, since the Freemasonry was created in France.
@Mark Sunnyfield, for all I know the term freemason has its origins in the beginnings of the Freemasonry. It's said that it started in France during the Middle Ages times. The creators were workers like shoemakers, tailors an such, who used to meet in a kind of union, where they kept the techniques they used in their works in secret. The bricklayers used to travel a lot because of their jobs, so they had more liberty than other workers whom had to inform (and maybe even ask permission?) the Feudal lords when they wanted to leave their lands. Bricklayer or constructor means "maçon" in French, thus the term "freemason".

I'm assuming it's because, as we all know, they worship the ancient gods of Egypt. Something that even Egyptian people have not done for thousands of years.

@Hexada I am curious about the explanation of 'Egyptian language' though... Egyptians have spoken Aramaic and then Arabic for thousands of years. Is there a different Egyptian language that you are referring to? Because those languages are not just Egyptian.

French authors Paul Jean Girard writes in " L'imbroglio politico-maçonnique"
Some says that ancient Egyptian called those who came from the schools of mysteries "f-re-msn" an egyptian expression meaning "children of light" from where, the name "phree messen" or "franc maçon", comes from. Wich by the way will allow us to take some distance from those cathedral builders.
Sorry for the lame translation but you get the gist of it and according to Gerald Massey, an egyptologist, in his book, “BOOK OF BEGINNINGS Vol I and II” he states, the name “Free Mason” is derived from the ancient Medu Neter “Phree Messen,” meaning “Child of the Light (Sun).”
Medu Neter is the original name for the language that is commonly known as "Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs".
Also Maw Heindel the founder of the rosicrucian fellowship often use "phree messen" instead of freemason in his books

They probably speak Arabic and wouldn't lnow about any of the Mason stuff, but let us know.
They have never heard anything about this. Probably because 1) they are not occultists and worship the God of Abraham and 2) That info came from France, which I find highly suspect. Freemasonry was not around thousands of years ago either lol. When it was created, Egyptians spoke Arabic.. and that's not Arabic. Unless the author was referring to Arab dictators statements.. they all seem to have god complex from the West to the East.

It's from medu neter not arabic like i said, so it's from the language they spoke 3000 years bc in Egypt. And yes it might be just a lie from some Masson to give themselves an other dimension of mysticism. But they do worship the gods of ancient Egypt so maybe there's a link between them and the people from the antic schools of mysteries.

Well, I suppose that could be possible if they were friends with the Egyptian elitists, and they were elitists themselves. But certainly, no one in Egypt would have any of that info other than the elites there, they would not share with general population. Just like in ancient days. I do have a friend who is related to an ancient Pharaoh there.. I could ask him. He's familiar with Egyptology from that period. But since the fall of the Pharaoh's, and the subsequent worship of the God of Abraham, I'm not sure if even he would know. He's an Arabic speaking Muslim citizen.

I jumped right to the last video called 'darkness' because I believe that's where we are at right now. But he lost me when he tied angels in Judaism/the Hebrew Bible with the religions of the idols. The new age does that to the Bible.. both the OT and NT. The God of the Bible forbids idol worship, and that was a strange thing to say, IMHO.

You are confused because you jumped to the end.

What difference does that make? The Bible and idols are at an impasse. And where is angel Michael or Gabriel mentioned anywhere else but the Bible? Let alone.. in Sodom.. which God compares to spiritual Babylon in Jeremiah.. they tried to r*pe the true angels. So how are the angels in idolatrous cultures in history the same as the angels mentioned by the God of Abraham? And why are you even sticking up for this guy when your main question was about not being able to find the French translation of freemason because it false anyways? Lol just because someone knows about the dark side does not mean they have real knowledge or light. "Even Satan's messengers clothe themself as angels of light" - Gospels
