You cannot ignore the law of supply and demand. It is as concrete as any law of science. If there were that many emply units, rents/prices would be falling, not rising.

What happens when you pour water into a cup that is already full to the brim? The water spills over. Now what happens when you keep adding immigrants to a housing market that has very low vacancy rates? It's a supply and demand issue, not one of a lack of more government funding. You can't...

This is supposed to be one of the attacked churches. Note the roof is blown out. But notice there is very little other damage. None of the benches are torn up/reduced to splinters. The dangling ceiling fans are undamaged. Most of the windows seem to be intact. No scorch/burn marks...
