Strengthening your immune system by eating nutritious food (no junk), exercising regularly, managing stress, sleeping well, taking more vitamin C during the flu months and please add healthy alternatives to shielding your self from the flu. Vaxxers may attack this post but they're invited to open up their minds and think for once that not every single illness can be prevented. We're imperfect human beings bound to get sick but we can up our immune system and reduce our chances of this happening.
