Will Trump set the Mideast on fire to avoid treason charges?

By Kevin Barrett, Veterans Today Editor

“Why now?”

That was the question the studio production guy asked me as he was wiring up my microphone for my debate with Richard Hellman. He was referring to Trump’s threat to set the Middle East on fire by declaring Jerusalem the eternal capital of Israel.

I explained that Trump is about to go down on treason charges. He is planning to burn down the Middle East to deflect attention away from Mike Flynn’s revelation that the Trump team, led by arch-Zionist Jared Kushner, committed treason by undermining the US position on the December 2016 UN Security Council Resolution 2334 condemning Israeli settlements. At that point Trump was not yet President. But acting treasonously on behalf of the State of Israel, Trump/Kushner ordered Flynn to lean on the Russians to get them to veto the same resolution that the US government, headed by Obama, was tacitly supporting.

This is what Mike Flynn lied to the FBI about. It’s called treason. No need to even bother with the Logan Act.

The Flynn prosecution offers America a much-need chance to clean house.

Every so-called “American” acting treasonously on behalf of Israel—starting with the White House and Congress, moving down through AIPAC, the Zionists infesting the mainstream media, the 500,000-strong Zionist Power Configuration (ZPC), all the way down to the bottom feeders like my mentally and emotionally challenged debate opponent Richard Hellman— needs to be prosecuted, sentenced, and summarily dealt with. Got that, Hellman? The real patriots are coming for you. Sooner or later, in this life or the next, you genocidal scumbags are going to pay for your crimes. And now it’s looking like it just might be sooner.

How is Islam on the back foot?
Muslims are mostly conquered colonial subjects today. The only regimes doing well are the ones who pull down their pants for murica.
You're generally right though but political leaders are not prophets...you won't see examples like Jesus or Daniel in people like Erdogan but you'll see a lot of hypocrisy from most leaders (nawaz sharing for example)
You'll see plenty of religious figures preaching 'peace' though.

My mistake. :) The format of the post threw me off.

For it’s not that the embassy itself is just a symbolic move. It means that the United States would acknowledge that the city of Jerusalem, sacred to Muslims, Jews and Christians, is the capital of the Israeli state and that the Palestinians can never share it.
If the city of Jerusalem was awarded to the religion that had the most spiritual connection to it, then it would be the Jews. A thousand years before Muhammad, King David sat on his throne in Jerusalem, and his son Solomon built the magnificent Temple of God on the same mountain where al Aqsa now squats like a golden boil.

Muslims have Mecca and Medina. Christians have the New Jerusalem as their possession. The holiest site in Judaism, the Temple Mount, is forbidden to Jews, except for two hours a day, and they are followed every step by Muslims who prevent them from praying. That's how Muslims "share" things, so it's hard to feel a whole lot of sympathy for them on this one.

Just for a second, imagine if Muslims were only allowed access to Mecca for two hours a day, and were prevented by Jews from praying anywhere near it. Someone claimed on this thread that Muslims are forbidden from entering al Aqsa. That's a lie. Muslims have round the clock access. The only times access is restricted is for security reasons. The last time access was restricted occurred when Muslim worshipers came out of the mosque with machine guns and started killing people. It is the Jews who have their access prevented by Muslims, not the other way around.

The slovenly “peace process” – abandoned by the Israelis, then by the Palestinians and then by the Americans years ago, although “statesmen” still talk about it in the dream world in which they live – would no longer exist even in our imaginations.
If the Palestinians had taken the partition plan 63 years ago, they would have a state today. If they had taken any of the offers of a state that were negotiated over the years, they would likewise have the state they claim to so desperately want. But this has never been about a state for the Palestinians. It's always been about denying a state to the Jews.

That’s why everyone from Macron to Erdogan, from the Saudis to the EU, and of course the poor old Palestinians, have been variously criticising and condemning Trump’s potential decision. If he doesn’t sign the old waiver – which has to be renewed every six months – to the US law to move the embassy, then he will indeed, to quote the Palestinian leadership, be risking an “ethnic” conflict.
I think Trump is trolling everyone. What can anyone do? Hate Israel and the US more?

Those pesky arch-Zionists again. :)

Anyway, Trump didn't undermine anything, and there is zero chance he will be charged with anything.

Are the first two Netanyahu quotes even authentic? I'm all for anti-Israel material, but if it's invented, then it makes it look you're the one who's projecting. Besides, I thought they danced around the golden calf.

tfw your president is bringing your country which is at the danger of a civil war, to a complete world war but you don't realize it because you are infact a murican and therefore aren't the brightest person on the planet so you make a thread celebrating his dumb move.

The unfortunate part is he sounds like a typical American but he's actually Canadian.

I have yet to read a quote from a Jew in meme form on this board that wasn't fabricated in some way. I call it Thunderian's First Law of Zionist Memes.

It's appalling what gets passed around on a truther board, but you'll find that when it comes to Jews, making them look evil is more important than telling the truth.

Every single Islamic leader of today in the Middle East has been put up there by the West to act as puppets so if they call for peace or they don't it's irrelevant.
I meant religious leaders, and not leaders who are Islamic. Either way, I don't see any Muslims calling for peace.

America is nowhere near a civil war. Where are you getting this from?

War is Peace
By Gilad Atzmon

December 06, 2017 "Information Clearing House" - No one has utilised the Orwellian dictate that ‘War is Peace’ better than Donald Trump. In Orwell’s1984, the Party maintains stability at home by waging constant war elsewhere.

Some contend that the American president is ‘illiterate’ and ‘ignorant.’ Others argue that it his intellectual skills that are limited. I have read some negative assessments of the President’s mental condition. But no one can really dispute Trump’s achievements. Against all odds, Trump became president. Despite relentless efforts to evict him from office, he has managed to cling to the White building. He regularly makes unpredictable unpopular decisions that make no sense to most reasonable, intelligent people. He communicates with the world by means of snippets and tweets. Yet miraculously, he prevails.

For a person who allegedly hasn’t read an entire book in his life, Trump has managed to achieve quite a lot. How does he do it? What goes in his mind? War is Peace appears to be at the core of Trump’s survival strategy. War is Trump’s comfort zone.

From his first day in office, the American president has not missed an opportunity to threaten global conflict. He provoked Iran, he enraged North Korea and now he aims to upset the Palestinians. The ostensibly deprived North Korea was highly functional in countering American aggression. It took Kim Jong-un’s engineers only a few months to present ballistic capability that could reduce American cities to dust. North Korea is too dangerous for Trump. As a regional superpower, Iran is also not an ideal enemy. Trump needed to launch a new battle against a substantially weaker foe. The Palestinians made the perfect antagonists.
War in Palestine is peace of mind in Washington. This seems to fit the Trump doctrine. But are the Palestinians really ideal for the role? Israeli commentators believe that Arab and Muslim leaders won’t side with Palestine. The risk is that the Arab and Muslim masses react very differently. The situation could quickly become volatile. And the crucial question that Americans must ask themselves tomorrow morning is how Trump’s ‘War is Peace‘ makes ‘America Great again?’ It doesn’t. This is simply a survival tactic on Trump’s part. It benefits Trump and Trump alone.

As far as I can tell, Trump is doing a great job obliterating what is left of America’s world hegemony. Give Trump another year in office, assuming that the planet can take it, American prestige and influence will shrink to none. Some may well argue that this alone makes Trump a positive force in contemporary world politics.

Not siding with you here, but the use of quote sites and quote pictures seems to be a general phenomenon these days. Unsourced quotes everywhere.

The Old Testament should have been sufficient to demonstrate the barbarism of Israel. At this point, if people can't even see through that, then they legitimately want to believe the Israelis are good people.
