CHRISTMAS Trees

This is a thing, now-- you can get your own at Target.
Or the happy Tesco, I imagine. o_O

Granted, the Christmas Tree is pagan to begin with.. but really? Maybe the beginning of something more, or maybe it's nothing-- but they really are getting brazen, imo.

i think this is a great find looks creepy as hell. checkerboard floor, of course
Thanks, Devin-- :)

And yeah, I agree-- it is creepy as hell.
Here's a video someone posted linking the whole thing to SATURNALIA,
and to the Hermetic 'As above, so below' .. thing.

Whatever it is, it's definitely contrived.

I think it looks cool.
Like a tree chandelier.
It's also unique, it goes against the trend.

It is a trend.
But it does go against the tradition of *not* nailing stuff to the ceiling, you're right.

It's not a normal thing though, that's what I meant... because I've never seen an upside down tree. Since most people just have a regular tree, it's interesting for someone to have an upside down tree.

I agree with you there-- some are tastefully done. It wouldn't be as suspect imo if the media had the same view--> how strange/ different/ cool is this?

Instead, they're trying to sell everyone on the practicality of it--> Oh, pets won't knock it over, you'll have more room, blah, blah. My cat would climb it, immediately, after vaulting from another piece of furniture, and get stuck near the ceiling. No thanks.

An upside down tree is weird because a tree doesn’t grow that way. Very abstract and I doubt it will catch on very much just because a tree grows a certain direction. So no matter how you feel about Christmas, a tree doesn’t grow upside down.

It is one of those things that is just not for everyone I’m sure in the same the average person doesn’t always appreciate modern abstract art.

I think it is probably related to a trend. I have found many new alternative tree in my search through Pinterest for new ways to decorate for Christmas. Some of them I really like. Here is an example.

So I know tree alternatives are trending, but I don’t think upside down trees are going to catch on.

I like that! ☆♡
It's amazing what you can do with pallets. I'm not terribly artsy/crafty, but i get sucked right into other people's creations on Pinterest.

Yes.. good find.
I often think that a lot of the people who are in service to that side, have gotten stuck and don't know how to get out of it. I have rose colored glasses that I wear on occasion-- sue me. But there are so many more who embrace it, wholeheartedly-- it still never fails to blow my mind. :/

Half of Christianity is steeped in paganism so what does it even matter that an already pagan symbol is made more pagan lol? Pagan is pagan at the end of the day.

Well Satanism turned the pagan pentacle upside down, so does this mean it is more pagan or less pagan?? So confused.. please hug me?
