So people under the company can't complain about the mistreatment and mental abuse they are facing within the company? Things must have become bad enough for min hee jin and newjeans to come out like that. Why anyone would risk public opinion and career by rebelling if they already weren't in great risk? And it hasn't been unsuccessful since min hee jin's press conference. General people and sane minded fans are always supporting newjeans and min hee jin who thinks well about newjeans. It's just the weird fans who are keep chanting bot like mantras that comes off like that's been instigated by hybe employees and their infesting parttimers throughout twitter and reddit.
If you observe the korean forums and public spaces, the korean netizens and fans can clearly see it now. It's very irony to see how hybe and army are together, more than bts and army.

If newjeans don't put ultimatum for their own growth and career, the image and color that's been created on them will vanish. Just by looking at the people hybe has set up over newjeans, it seems hybe really has no intention for newjeans success. They are putting inexperienced people regarding art in control over them. The people who are facing it in the first hand, they know the situation and future risks very well to rebel in public. It's nowhere said people inside the company can't complain against the company even if they put themselves at more risk to be on unfavorable side of the hands of the company higher ups. The entertainment industry that's supposed to be about connecting people with each other and valuing their feelings, there, hybe acts like a factory machine keep grinding meats to squeeze the soul out of the very people that make them big and encourages blatant disrespect towards them. The sane people WILL get emotional and rebellious. Things might be bad enough and jungkook can sense it, or even witnessing the situation in first hand. He has all the rights to speak up for newjeans and shun down hybe.

Recently that cult Dahnworld, that was suspected to have special connection with hybe, has changed their name to BTC - BrainTraining Center. Just looking at the name of it, they are not even trying to hide the fact that they brainwash people lol.

Yep...there are armys who strongly disagree with Jungkook's IG post...on his "support" for New Jeans... He does need to do critical thinking before posting such polarizing messages... he is making the world messier than ever...

His words and intentions are clear. He observed the affect of his first post and made things clear in his second post 4 hours later. It's just some certain people who are creating the polarizing situation and going around terrorizing anyone who oppose them, cause they don't wanna believe their fav doesn't support harassing other artists and that harassment was going on by those people aka armys. Also, hybe's way of going out their way to confirm the meaning of his post was like an official way of saying "We can't believe our eyes what just happened!!" Later on they spread a madeup explanation of his intentions in media that goes like "not to use artists as shield" but when asked, hybe didn't even answer if this explanation of "shield" came from jungkook's mouth or not. They don't even hesitate to mediaplay the top artist which can lead to him getting hatred. It's them who are trying to use fandom for company's gain at this point and creating the "polarizing situation". They are exploiting the trust of fandom that they gained through bts.

Of course he wanted to be there, being a professional...But is not his cup of tea, really. It's more of a job for him...

Notice after all the regalia, he went straight to shop for a simple T-shirt from a Gucci store, wore it and left...lol! Jin! Hahaha !
