When women get married in Islam, sharia demands they get a dowry. Should the marriage go south, she has something to fall back on. These days it can be 50k or more. A man having to "pay" for his wife benefits men in what way?

A woman is not obligated to provide for her family. This all falls on the man. It is her right not to work/earn for the house if she so chooses.

Women can wear gold and silver, men can't.
Women can pray at home, they are not compelled to pray at the masjid 5 times a day.
If a woman is menstruating, she doesn't have to pray at all.

Do you plan to reply at all? There's a lot we can discuss here.

I thought they believed that the law doesn’t apply to them? I’m under the impression that they believe they couldn’t fulfill the ‘impossibly high’ standards hence Jesus being the ultimate sacrifice.

They’ll just do the whole apologetics tactic of brining up sharia and derailing the entire thread.

Dear Cloud, this forum can never upset me. I have a life in the real world. I did once enjoy coming on here to learn and share ideas but of late, it’s been quite stale.

Never said you specific! But what i see when reading post is christians bad yada yada muslim so pious... so yeah it becomes stereo at that point. And there is more to it then just prayer and seeking forgiveness its also about forgiving others that have transgressed you. That's why i forgive even daze for his comments and others.

When I was young we had these books in the school library. You read so many pages then it would ask you what you want to happen. Then you decided where to go. Like go to page 21 for this result or page 40 for that result.

I think they were called Choose your own adventure books. Let me see if I can get an image.
