I don't think he "destroyed every global warming talking point" but I agreed with his points.

I didn't post it for the title- I posted it for what Carlin said. The title is what someone else said.

I don't really have an opinion on global warming. But I wish people (not you) would stop being so shrill about it and trying to force you to agree with their position on global warming and being so self righteous about it.

I mean like this... I mean, I thiught was so arrogant and hypocritical... this got on my nerves... people can think what they want about global warming

people are really living this meme. I don't really care if people are liberal. But I am tired of people trying to force their thinking on others. Lately it seems like that's been a thing with liberals. I don't agree with conservatives either but honestly I think conservatives are more tolerant when it comes to what other people believe. People will freak out and act hostile to you if you're a conservative in a liberal area. But in a conservative area, no one really cares if you're a liberal. They might disagree with you intellectually but they don't really make a big deal out of it.

No but some of the conservatives I've observed have been just as intolerant of others as some liberals if not more so.
I think you live in a liberal bubble and you pretty much just repeat the same stuff other liberals say.

I think you should travel more.

Anyone who's lived in conservative and liberal areas knows what I'm talking about.

Go to a a super liberal area and tell people you're a Republican. People will freak out.

Liberals freak out when people think differently than them. You can't just go around a liberal area saying things liberals disagree with. People will freak out.

You've probably never been to the Texas. I was born and raised there. I spent most of my life there. A lot of liberals have actually told me they're scared to go there. For some reason, a lot of liberals don't want to go outside a liberal bubble.

But go to Texas and tell people uou're a Democrat. No one will care.

Anyone whose lived in both types of areas knows what I'm talking about. In a liberal area, people will freak out if you're a conservative. In a conservative area, no one really cares if you're a liberal. No one is really going to care if you say you're a Democrat. They might disagree with you intellectually but no one is going to make a big deal about it. I had never seen even seen that sort of thing until I came to California.

No I don't.

I seriously don't think anyone cares, people disagree all the time but no one overreacts... they just move on with their lives. I would think it's crazy to support the both the Democratic party or the Republican party since they don't care about the people.

Of course you're not going to see it- what are you for that goes against what liberals are for?

If you think within the liberals' lines of thinking- you won't experience what I'm talking about. But if you go against what liberals are for, it's different.

I haven't seen liberals go crazy at an increased rate compared to conservatives. What I have seen occasionally is people from both sides being unreasonable. Some people on both sides overreact and are inflammatory but definitely not just libs and most people don't care, regardless of political stance. People respect each other and acknowledge that people have different opinions. They might debate or just discuss a topic with people who have different views but no one freaks out. What is there to freak out about?
