THIS, 100% THIS! The funniest thing was when they couldn't understand why people were upset by the lyrics. Misogyny is deeply ingrained in South Korea. Even YG, who's considered the most female-friendly, could not understand why the lyrics on D&W were misogynistic. His attitude was "Well I checked it and I thought it was fine", like yeah, of course you did cause you live in a misogynistic country so it's daily life for you to be misogynistic.

The focus being so heavily on NJ was always weird to me too, considering they were all guilty. Granted, you separate him and his views of women out from the rest of the group and oof, he's not much better today than he was years ago, but JH and YG had just as much of a hand in making D&W and they were never held accountable for it.

Enpipen was shelved for most of this year, idk why. T×t is doing its own thing and making good money. They're having a second world tour with arenas this time, and their comeback was good for a lot of moas. I don't know a lot about enpipen but it's been awhile since their comeback. The other thing I thought was creepy was the barking. I've seen fans try to justify it as "@rmy know how to have fun". There's nothing fun or okay about barking at someone. YG looked seriously weirded out by it and he had every right to be.

I'm with you that I think it's all an act. I don't think any of the maknae line are involved with each other in any way beyond being bandmates.
