I agree for sure. @Behumble . It seems this world is fixated too much on things that don't even matter. By putting all imagery out there, they surely are creating more insecurities. It seems like they just don't want people to have identities, they want everyone as labels. They want sameness. This is just destroying people. And I cannot stand how many of these apps and ads for them that have images like you have shown, thanks so much for that example. It's everywhere. And one of the ones that's so common is an ad for one of these games, and the boyfriend/husband cheats on the girl and she is forced to take her kid/baby away and fend for herself, building a new life for her kid. This is seen too many times and it doesn't even have anything to do with the game!!
It's so true about how we should be more modest. God wouldn't want us to be flaunting ourselves around, thinking our farts don't stink. This isn't how humans were originally supposed to behave... But because of how warped this world is, and it's main influence, this has been running rampant for a while, now.
And I cannot stand instagram. The things that were mentioned that's seen on there sound horrifying. It's all too screw up our way of living, and turn is into something we are not. Decorations, we are not!!

Then there's Instagram "h0es" not a term I coined but basically they are funded by sugar daddies in exchanged for surprise surprise sexual favors. So they flaunt themselves and their lavished lifestyles through degradation rather than actual work.
Alternatively referred to as "Dubai Porta Potties", not a term coined by me either.
Disgusting and degrading, and if feminists were really for helping women they would have a problem with this.

Warning, graphic.

Yeah there's different types of those kind of women yet it's considered a liberation and have issues with women staying home to look after her kids!

That Dubai thing sounds very disturbing. I've heard of it. Just don't understand why anyone would go through with this. I agree that these girls think this is liberation and freedom compared to having kids, and that's backwards.
Interesting enough, no one is forcing them to stay at home with the kids, but they are forced into going to work and/or having a career or being sexualized, and they are fine with it!!

This thread is very interesting,i always have thought that behind the healthy gym message there was mind control, and brainwashing, nothing related to health
Thanks so much for this amazing feedback! It's good to know that some realize there is a horrible agenda behind it. Others assume that if we are against the whole fitness thing, we want to be obese, but it's not true. We at least know that being obese is also unhealthy. Both extremes are so bad for people. And it's horrible how much they get us to stray away from our health to focus on something so superficial and vain. People can be healthy and active without trying to tone every muscle and be two percent body fat lol.
Thank you again for this amazing comment!!

I agree, its backwards.
The dumb thing is that if this is their "career" its not even going to last. And highly doubtful the majority are saving for retirement. If they don't catch something incurable first and all. I mean, this is way beyond just being sexualized.

Agreed! This is disturbing at such a huge level. They will ruin their entire lives doing something like this, all because they think this is what women do! So many are conditioned to think we are sexual puppets and decorations. It's sad if they catch something, that could be it for them!

Exactly,i agree with your words♡You're very welcome
I saw a lot of these images about motivation, health(?),and love yourself, and i find it boring, delusional, and ego selfcentered.
They came from people who consider themselves "spiritual",or life coach(smh)
It's just bs
But if i tell my opinion i would considered jealous, and not healthy lol
How could be an irrealistic standard something healthy?
There are people who have as beauty standard disney cartoons, this is crazyyyy, cartoons and anime are not real.

I agree so much with everything you're saying! The whole life coach thing is so stupid most of the time it's hard to take it seriously lol.
And it becomes all about self worship, how much can we appear like gods and how much can we be in love with ourselves, as you said, it's not genuine.
The whole cartoon standards bother me so much! You know of the movie I think it is, who framed Roger Rabbit? What bugs me so much about that is Jessica Rabbit! She's not even a rabbit. She has the most unrealistic standard I've seen, and this is how they pressure women to look. Makes no sense!

I remember Jordan Peterson tweeting about this picture. Said "sorry not beautiful" and got slammed hard for it. I disagree with him on that since she is kinda attractive even with the extra weight. But she does not belong on a Sports Illustrated cover since the models are supposed to be fit. Anyway Peterson quit Twitter after that, it was funny. Cancelled again by the mob.

And you're right the left calls that "fat-shaming." They add a "shaming" to anything that requires them to take responsability for themselves.
only females who are legitimate sportswomen actually belong in this mag... you know, actual athletic sportswomen? not the waifs and skinny fats that usually adorn the pages, the type that could barely lift a 5kg dumbell irl! the hypocrisy is both ways. and relax, im not a leftie, it's just so boring and nauseating to have everything pitched as left vs right when division is the point, two heads of the same bird.

Oh and as a side note to the OP, I was a PT owner/operator and have experience in the industry over 10 years... the unrealistic ideals placed upon people through the wellness/fitness industry is a lie... those working in the fitness industry cannot meet these standards themselves hence the industry is rampant with dexamphetamine, ephedrine, HGH (human growth hormone) and steroid abuse to name a few. many of my co-workers including myself, hid eating disorders and chased unrealistic body ideals (even though we were in incredible shape)... and were extremely unwell because of it :(

Unfortunately, this has been going for decades. I still have a commercial ditty from my childhood that sang:

“I can bring home the bacon
Fry it up in a pan
And never, never never let you
Forget you’re a man
“Cuz I’m a woman…Enjoli”

Here’s the commercial if you wan to take a look at it. The comments are rather funny:

Thank you for sharing this. It's very important to be aware of how the fitness industry can actually try to destroy us. It destroys our very individuality, forcing us to succumb to impossible standards..I'm sad that you had to go through this. Being healthy should be the key, being active in a way that deems natural is the best way. If one has to use any kind of enhancement or have a eating disorder to get this way, it's definitely about our health. I find just walking almost everyday helps. It's more fun and refreshing, and it can keep people healthy without having to go inside a building full of people who flex in the mirror to show off.

it's part of the dep0p scheme - being that low body fat makes some women infertile, sometimes its reversible but sometimes it's not.
I found articles that help verify this! Yup, its definitely not about health to expect all women to to be super low bodyfat. It also can lead to infertility to be obese. So that's A REASON (but im sure its not the only one) why they don't want to encourage a middle ground!

It is true that obesity can lead to lower fertility, and to combat obesity, a combination of diet and exercise is generally recommended.

However, high levels of exercise might impair fertility, at least in some people. Those conclusions are based on several pieces of evidence.
  • Aerobic exercise for seven or more hours per week may increase the risk of ovulation problems.
  • Vigorous exercise may improve fertility in women who are obese.
  • Vigorous exercise may decrease fertility in women who are their normal weight
Too much exercise seems to impair ovulation in women of normal weight, and there are a few theories on why this happens. For example, one possible result of too much exercise is a luteal phase defect.

The luteal phase is the time period between ovulation and your expected period. This time period, also known as the "two week wait," is normally between 12 days and 16 days. A shorter luteal phase due to excess exercise can interfere with the ability to get pregnant because it causes progesterone levels to drop.

Normally, progesterone levels remain high during this time, which allows a fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine lining. However, low levels of progesterone can interfere with a fertilized egg implanting, which can lead to infertility.

Another potential reason for exercise-induced infertility is that the hormones responsible for regulating the female reproductive system—GnRH, LH, FSH, and estradiol—are changed in ways that interfere with ovulation.
Yet another potential cause for exercise-induced infertility is a change in leptin levels, which regulates appetite and metabolism. If your appetite is low, you may not eat enough, which can interfere with regular ovulation.

It's also possible that women who exercise more than seven hours per week are more likely to restrict their diet. Not eating enough healthy fats, losing weight rapidly, or weighing below the recommended weight guidelines for your height can affect ovulation.
And another one.
yes—exercise can have a profound negative impact on fertility if you’re not vigilant about eating enough. This post will explain how to exercise safely, and offer a few easy self-assessments you can do to get an idea whether your exercise routine is negatively impacting your cycle.

Exercise related menstrual disturbances are common in women who exercise, with some studies estimating that up to 60 percent of exercising women experience some form of menstrual disturbance.

One study that compared the cycles of exercising and non-exercising women found that among exercising women, 25 percent of cycles were anovulatory cycles and 25 percent of cycles had short luteal phases. Only 48 percent of exercising women’s cycles were normal! (For comparison, 95 percent of non-exercising women’s cycles were normal.)

In another study that compared exercising and sedentary women, sedentary women were found to ovulate much more consistently than exercising women. Ninety-five percent of the sedentary women had consistently ovulatory cycles, compared to only 32 percent for the exercising women.

If these numbers seems shockingly high to you, you’re not alone. It’s difficult to appreciate how widespread this problem is because the impact of energy deficit on fertility is not always obvious.

The amount of weight that needs to be gained to regain healthy cycles is usually not exorbitant. Five or ten pounds may be all that stands between you and optimal health and fertility. Is fitting into size 0 jeans important enough to sacrifice those things?
I know this only matters to those of us that WANT children, but im still putting this info out here.

Wow! This post is so awesome, I'm quoting the whole thing! Thank you so much @ToxicFemininitySucks ! Your post rocks my socks! I love the very idea of exposing how when women exercise too much and don't eat enough healthy fats, they will possibly become infertile!
There used to be a time where women didn't go to the gym, it wasn't needed. The food was made better back then, and people resorted more to natural exercises.
I find just walking helps with alot of this. It's more enjoyable and it helps with the circulation and digestion. There is no need for the access workouts. If people want to do a few here and there, I understand that, for sure. But why have two percent body fat and tone every muscle?
I love what you said about the attack on the middle ground..They don't want anyone to think about anything besides black and white. It's a manipulation tactic, for sure.
This post is pure gold. Thanks again for posting it!

It's crazy how they basically tell us, but they dont show us the whole picture. We have to put it together ourselves.

I mean, someone could read these articles and think it makes sense, or even that the fact that tptb allow them means theyre trying to help us, but then theyre bombarded all the time with propaganda that either says to be super thin or just give up and gain massive amounts of weight.

And then all the unhealthy food too. I think i found an article or something years ago that said that fast food companies would only hire thin people to be their spokespeople, it makes people think that their food doesnt cause obesity. I'll see if i can find it. And of course i remember that burger commercial with paris hilton half naked!

Im not letting the men completely off the hook either. I was reading some thing where men were describing what kind of woman they wanted and they were talking about super low bmi while also claiming that they wanted a fertile woman. It was so ignorant! I mean im not going to tell people that theyre not allowed to have their aesthetic preferences, but they need to acknowledge that what they want either doesnt exist or is extremely rare. She may be that skinny but may not be fertile.

It's so awful how this keeps happening, we are always bound to be confused all the time, because how are we to think for ourselves? This tactic is so evil and vile. Everytime the tops are promoting anything, I know it's garbage, or there is obviously and entirely contradictory motive behind it.

Talk about false advertising! Trying to trick people into eating that food. That's disgusting about the Paris Hilton commercial, thankfully I've never seen it! They will literally hire thin people to work at their restaurants, makes no sense. I always say to my friend, "it doesn't look like they could work here!". I'm glad to not be eating that stuff right now..it's so bad, and hated ever having to eat it unless it's every once in a blue moon!

Exactly!! We wouldn't have to question this if everyone had different preferences, like they should, anyway. Unfortunately, these men sadly have been manipulated by any kind of media that will objectify women constantly! Porn is absolutely evil, and that has caused so many issues with men's standards. Alot of the times, the men saying all this crud are usually average looking at best. There are the exceptions, but it infuriates me to no end of the hypocrisy..we can only do so much to please these people..this is why it's good for some of us to just wait for the right person to come along who will love us just as we are!

Here it is in case anyone is wondering what im talking about. Im hiding it so no-one is forced to see it.
It is soft core p0rn.
I couldn't even make it through half of it, and to think that it used to be on tv! Back then i was so desensitized that i thought nothing of it too.

Here's one of the comments:
As a former manager of Carl's Jr., I'll let you know why there are commercials like this that seem really stupid, lame, ill-conceived, sexist, disgusting, or whatever. They marketing department does it because they know you will remember it, and talk about it, and even fight about it (see below). That is called free advertising. And every time a group or TV show blasts Carl's Jr for their racy ads, they get even more free advertising. Their main target demographic is the 18-30yo male, btw.

They will literally hire thin people to work at their restaurants, makes no sense.
Theres a restaurant chain here in US called Hooters, i dont know if they exist where you live, but their appeal was the "Hooters girls" waitresses who wore a specific revealing outfit (which would be considered covered up by 2020s standards). Anyway, i was reading this blog one of them wrote out of curiosity years ago and she mentioned that they forced them to try out everything on the menu but if they gained weight they would fire them. So on top of the objectification they were setting them up to fail too.

Porn is absolutely evil, and that has caused so many issues with men's standards
It really has in so many ways!
Ive heard it be compared to a drug.

Oh my gosh! What does this have to do with a burger??? I watched it and it was awful LOL. Are they trying to say she's a piece of meat? Cause that's what it's implying. And interesting enough, when I tried clicking on the link here, it said it was restricted! LOL that I would have to go on YouTube to prove my age. A burger commercial should not include that warning!

Yeah, this was the only decent comment I could find there, the rest were pervs, honestly lol. I can see how that would be the demographic. This kind of stuff sadly brainwashes men to degrade women. I can see that they do this for shock value, and it just gets them more venue. Sick they have to stoop to degrading a human being.

Oh gosh yes I sadly have heard of this..they have one in Toronto. It's such a horrible thing to have women who are forced to work in the first place and they will objectify themselves this way, so disgusting! The fact that if they gain weight they get fired when they need to try the food? That's a double edged sword..what are they supposed to do? The way I look at it, people don't need to be a specific look or weight to work. I know of SO MANY restaurants that only hire certain looking women! And yes, you guessed it, skinny and blonde! It's like they think every woman, especially white women, NEED to be blonde. Kinda takes away our individuality as a race, because we have many different hair types, but they want sameness, sadly. There's a place called Shoeless Joe's here... It used to be alot worse, they started to clean up their act, but back then, they had the women wear platform shoes, tight short dresses with their breasts handing out. It was disgusting..I wanted to barf..

Ive heard it be compared to a drug.
Oh yeah, that's true, it's compared to being addicted to it. So many sadly are..

I will make a separate post for this.
I have noticed so many ads for any kind of media platform that will showcase the same shallow and meaningless game over and over again. They are those horrid makeover games. Like we haven't been told as women time and time again that we have to get makeovers in so many different tv shows/movies so me will finally notice us, they post this filth:
Screenshot_20220828-070342~2.png
They will use extreme examples of how the women is unfit for a man, try to make her as hideous as possible and unkept to say she has to be prettier all the time! Most of these ads will have girls even drenched in mud before their makeovers, and their boyfriends will cheat on them then leave them. This is so exaggerating. And very degrading! Why don't we see men getting makeovers all the time? It's rare! I may have seen it in one of my match three games once and I was so shocked! Still thought it was highly superficial though, so I didn't bother with that part of the game.
But even notice the one eye symbol? On the middle dress to the right? It's so plain as day! This just proves they are trying to program us!
They always scream feminism!! Women are as capable as men and can do anything they put their mind to it, but let's degrade them into pieces of meat that always have to get a makeover! Ok? Doesn't make any sense to me lol
