As someone who does have pretty chronic anxiety, lavender oil is a good natural alternative for helping with this condition. It usually works more temporarily, but I just use it a few times daily, and it seems to help. Just sniffing it will relax you. Just wanted to share just in case for others on this forum suffering from the same problem! :D

I love the smell of lavender essential oil!

A few months ago i read this thing about lavender and tea tree oil potentially being hormone disrupters, but i think they were mostly talking about young boys.

"Male gynecomastia occurring before puberty is relatively rare, but a growing amount of cases have been reported to coincide with topical exposure to lavender and tea tree oil, and the condition went away after the boys stopped using the oil-containing products... previously found laboratory evidence that lavender and tea tree oil have estrogenic (estrogen-like) properties and anti-androgenic (testosterone inhibiting-like) activities, meaning they compete or hinder the hormones that control male characteristics, which could affect puberty and growth."

However

"many of the chemicals they tested appear in at least 65 other essential oils. Essential oils are available without a prescription and are not regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration."

its possible they just want people to stop using them so they have to rely on pharmaceuticals.

Oh wow that's interesting! Never even heard this tidbit of info, before !! Let's hope it's not true lol.

This! I bet any money that's what they are doing and that's why they keep coming up with all these things that these natural items can do to damage people. Soon, they will outlaw this stuff and any type of vitamin or tea cause it's too healthy... Or they will GMO the crap out of it lol!!

Yup, if its actually good theyll claim its bad and they have to ban it to "protect" us.

And if suddenly they claim it's good for us again it's because they figured out a way to ruin it.

I mean theyre worried about lavender disrupting hormones but meanwhile trying to make childrens clothes out of only recycled plastic in some stores. Priorities lol

They are getting overly predictable, this is why some are waking up more, now. It's unbelievable when they ruin all that is natural and take it away from us or tamper with it.
Those clothes sound kinda sketchy! Don't like the idea of them using recycled plastic. Clothes are never to be made of plastic lol. I also hate most of the clothes made today, anyway. They fall apart fast, and have this horrible agenda to make little girls' clothes tighter and shorter. Disgusts me

Yes! Its so difficult sometimes to find kids clothes that are made of 100% cotton and dont have some kind of unicorn, butterflies, disney charcters, rainbows on them. Or like you said, tight and showing their belly or something. Like sometimes literally everything they have at the store falls under at least one of those categories.

Clothes for adults arent that much better either. I shop at thrift stores lol.

Oh yes all the butterflies and such, that's horrible. They definitely made clothes like that as triggers for MK Ultra. The belly showing is one of the worst things a little girl can wear, and I agree on the thrift store shopping because these parents can just go there and buy the clothes for their kids and get something that doesn't make them look like a stripper.
It's sad how the adult clothes are too. What bothers me are the Halloween costumes for girls/women. Yuck!
If we had another thrift shop other than salvation army where I am, I would shop there, too. Heard they are a really sketchy organization!!
Oops this is getting off topic, my fault LOL

As for me, lavender oil is a real rescue since a guy gave me it when I had a migraine stroke. He saved me with this oil. Now I always have it in my pocket.

That explains why I choose lavender scented cleaning products!

I noticed that lavender chamomile tea (I also sometimes add mint) really helps me calm down and improve my sleep. One of its best health benefits is that it is caffeine free. And I know that a lot of people use the lavender extract in aromatherapy, though I didn't give it a try.

Thanx for this advice. I'll try this too. I try to reduce meds intake, always check Canada Pharmacy health blog to find natural treatment better. I'll definitely try lavender chamomile tea as my work gives me much stress every day.
