I honestly feel as though they say all that to put on a front to fool their countrymen. Because how many times have they visited the states alone in the past few years? Most of them for no reason. Ie that Anti Asian hate speech but stayed longer than the speech itself. Plus when they're in the States, you can catch them in the wild at concerts, with other artists, even Splenda was seen at a UFC fight. They just say all that bull to not appear as the traitors and sellouts they are. If they love their country so much, why are they taking their sweet time to serve but have time to make collabs and party with foreign artists that they supposedly hate so much? It ain't adding up.

That's a nationalist thing I'm sure. They want to appear that they are for SK at all times. Therfore, no foreign food or activities are better than Korea. They will visibly complain about how much they miss their country the minute they step off a plane somewhere else and constantly praise SK. It's odd to me as an American and considered very rude. Americans don't typically have this mentality. We are our own people and our country is just a place we happen to be born in. Nothing more nothing less. I guess that's the difference between an individualistic vs collective society. B*s in their culture have to be aware they are representing their country and Kcitizens before themselves as individuals. It's all bullsh!t anyway, who knows how they really feel about SK. I’m not sure remorse / regret is on the table as something they can really feel. But they do have eyes, and can look around and see the lives and happiness of others. they may be figuring it out on an intellectual level and be very dissatisfied by it. I’m pretty convinced that they’re not happy people at all.
