Annoying Trends

I thought it would be interesting to see what trends people think are a huge pet peeve that so many seem to follow or have followed in the past. It's definitely a way the Illuminati to control the masses and get them to follow each other/ achieve sameness.
a few trends I can't stand:
Lululemon pants/shorts/other clothing items.
Dyed blonde hair (almost every woman seems to do this at least once in their lifetimes)
Tattoos (as said in my other thread lol)
Ripped jeans.

Thoughts? :D

Good idea for a thread. My list would be several thousand pages long. But at this moment, the most annoying current trends are the following:

Half naked guys with manicured beards showing their work outs on Instagram

the pop diva phenomenon (unladylike CACa, billy ickish, BeeYawnonce and all the rest of those icky things)

k and j pop

1980’s revival

superhero movies (please bring back American Cinema! It used to be an art form)

drag queen story time

men’s suits with high hemmed pants and suit jackets that are two times smaller and that open too wide showing the chest

b list and c list dingbat celebrities complaining they are too tired and need to take a break from doing nothing

lousy YouTubers that all they do is name calling on their videos

comedians (comedy is dead but they don’t know it or ignore the fact that it is)

the bad Chris

  • Piercings (nothing screams more "Rip off part of my face! Yes!" than this)
  • Cryptocurrencies (digital Ponzi schemes)
  • NFTs ("I paid one million for this jpg, while I could just right click and select "download image")
  • Metaverse ("The world sucks! Let's trap ourselves in a world that sucks even more!")
  • People who use social media just to get likes ("I'm a narcissist, and proud of it!")

yes metaverse crap. Ughh. They have homonculized those characters to the point where the real fans are becoming so exhausted. Why do they all have to know each other?!! It’s so stupid and pointless! The writers and the DC/Marvel bosses have injected FOMO into it all because they are in real life neurotics.

How about just fashion?
I mean think about it.
Something becomes in and something goes out of fashion, and then the majority of people just all of a sudden wear whatever is in fashion, instead of what they actually like to wear.

Err, I think you mean the Marvel Universe? The metaverse is something different, it's basically a virtual world where thousands of people interact with a VR headset. It's being pushed like crazy right now. It's where the world will spend more of their time in the future, since the WEF will basically make the real world unbearable.

As this scamdemic has shown <90% of people are not very bright and can be easily manipulated.
So anything that is "popular" or "trending" is usually something with an rather questionable value or purpose.
I have no idea what is popular or trendy and havent really payd any attention to these things for years . I dont read celebrity news and i dont seek out their opinion about things.
I might know couple of songs that are made in past 10+ years but otherwise as much as i hear the music they make these days, like when i hear some radio station playing while at store,i really dont care enough to look up which one of those clowns with fake big butts made that crappy tune. I've been long time reader of VC articles so ive been very aware that nothing but crap comes from music industry and i try to stay away from it.Same with hollywood.
Now it got me thinking whats up with trends in general and i guess they kinda always come from someone somewhere ,aka a role model of some sort that is usually a celebrity(either actor or singer/musician).Well these days anything can go viral in social media and thats not always the case but i guess one of the purpose of celebrites is/has been to start/direct trends . Like they seem to be doing with bug eating right now.

So,i guess we got 2 kinds of trends - one kind that is started by the "establishment" to either mold our minds, sell us crap or for some other sinister reason (social engineering).
The other kind are spontanous and unplanned and just happen ( like icebucket challenge or some other kind of nonsense that people jump to copy to get some attention-jump on the train while its moving).

yes I meant marvel/dc. Not so sure about the metaverse taking off though. Those goggles are evil.

post-pandemic, coconut flour has become the go-to filler in all healthy/organic snacks.

ive noticed young males have this stupid bufont haircut recently... at least around here. looks like the barber swept his floor and dumped the cuttings on their heads.

thankfully, i havent heard that stupid "stay safe" in a few months.

stupid '20s lingo like, "fire", "for a minute". "edibles". just say there is weed in the food. thats it.

the rise of woke/lib propaganda movies and TV. absolute rubbish.

heavily colored sneakers for men, including day-glow sneakers and pink sneakers

''energy drinks'' (drink coffee or get to bed earlier, you ------ )

natural flavors in EVERYTHING. yeah, go eat your semonyx.

smaller containers/bottles/sizes for all food to cut costs

uber.

air b and b. not sure what it is, dont like it, dont like the term.

anything 'zoom'ish.

ukraine flags in front of peoples houses. ukraine flag stickers on cars or on T shirts.

renaming american sports teams to not be offensive

The rainbow flags are very irritating!!
A few more I can add are:
That annoying grumbly gangster rap ugh lol.
Crop tops.. cannot express how much these bother me!! If women want to wear them, wear them indoors where no one can see!!
Yoga!! This comes from the occult, Alastair Crowley did yoga!
Any fad diets.
I agree with the bright colourful sneakers on men... Oh, and pink shirts for men.
People taking selfies of themselves with masks on... Oh wait, just selfies in general :D
