I haven't watched the film or plan to but I grew up on power rangers, it was such a great show and taught me some pretty neat tricks and martial arts move. They always explored relationships so I don't see anything new here especially if the film is targeted at 12yrs+ (well the uk version was)

I'm confused though is the actor gay or the actual character he's playing (or both)?

Yeah Idk what history sources some of us are reading. For example I don't think the Romans were any more "gay" than the Greeks. By that logic than Nazi Germany must of been super gay. And from what I understand about the Nazi Regime, they hated gay.

Actually throughout history every major western and some eastern religions have opposed Homosexuality. Maybe the Church hasn't done a good job? Did Secret gays infiltrate the crusades? Is that why we lost the holy land?

I hate to sound so blunt this morning but. Civilizations fall because of Corruption. Because people with power typically end up not giving a shit about the people they rule over. Science has shown us people in positions of authority turn sadistic.

How could you not turn sadistic when you have all the power? Nobody is there to stop you from not lifting a finger. That's how I view modern economies. Nobody is really at the helm. It's all a house of cards with people just continuing to stack em up. And it's all good until the barbarian invasion happens.
Exactly

But you forgot that the animals have homosexuals experiences too, how do you explain that?

Yes. God made us animals. It's what we are.

Again I'm not an animal pornographer. But haven't you ever just stared at an animal? And felt its "essence", studying every movement. I have, and eventually the animals start to act like you are one of them. I could probably go Gandalf on you all right now, you know? The Eagles are coming!

People here saying God made us animals is not based on anything from scripture. Humans say we're animals and that is just an opinion. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that humans and animals are light years in differences which is why God distinguishes us humans from the rest of his creation.

It's not an opinion, it''s a fact. Humans fall under the definition of animal. Humans and other animals share many similarities biologically and even emotionally/mentally.

It's very much an opinion. Humans in position of power decided that we fall under the category of animals but that's very much subjective. Sure humans share similarities with animals but the differences are even greater. Going by your logic we can also call trees animals because of the similarities we share with them.

Obviously the intrinsic differences between humanity and beast matter little during societal decline.

It makes prefect sense to base our stances on how koalas behave sexually. I do enjoy these gladiator games.

You're right. In societal decline, people seem to act more and more like creatures that only run on their carnal desires. The YouTube comments are perfect examples of that with sayings such as "I just want to get it in" or "money and bitches over everything" and an even better one by Bon Jovi who stated "I would kill my mother for rock and roll".

Trees are living beings that don't fall under the category of animal.

Just because people can acknowledge their similarities to animals, doesn't mean they have to disregard their humanity. Understanding that you're an animal doesn't equate to abandoning all reason.

@Kung Fu @DisenfranchisedDespot
an·i·mal
ˈanəməl/
noun
  1. 1.
a living organism that feeds on organic matter, typically having specialized sense organs and nervous system and able to respond rapidly to stimuli.

Humans are this. It's not a bad thing... It doesn't mean you can't think or have feelings, it doesn't mean you only follow instincts (which isn't necessarily a negative thing anyway).

There are some plants that can go by this definition but they're not considered animals. Like I said it's an opinion and in no way a fact. For all, we know they can change that definition tomorrow to include all plants and all trees.

We are the same as animals. Consider the facts. We eat, shit, bang, fight, play just like animals. We adapt to our surroundings to survive and thrive, and so do they!

You think God made humans so much better? Lol. A crow can take a dump on your head, and you can't do jack about it. Puny humans

Stop being so arrogant. Humans are not magically better than everything else in the world, we're not perfect. Our imperfectness is what makes us human. The fact that we have an animalistic side makes it more important that we can rise above our instincts.
