isn't the group where is the sister of Txt Huening Kai ?
Yes it's the same group
It caused a lot of problems for both of them. I think some men went too far with Jm and Taem1n, touching their bodies or worse. I think Hodong was the nicest, although he treated Taem1n like the kids he was, or younger lol. When he watched Tae dance, he would imitate him and appreciated his movements. I never saw him emasculate him or touch him inappropriately. Maybe he's a father and nicer than many. He's the same with any young idols on his show.

Some fans think Bg likes older men and the attention. Men were all over him on b1stro sh1gor and he loved it. The guys were competing for his attention.
Many idols enjoy being feminized because it gives them attention. Bg sounds like one of them. Tm and Jm did not like being feminized but they are naturally pretty so had all these older creepy men all over them. Poor jm I was shocked when I heard about his one meal in 10 days diet and how J1n called him ugly and pig it made me sad. That boy has very low self-esteem he has talked about struggling with mental health struggles in his solo songs lie and promise. I used to notice how he wouldn't eat too much in run bt5 or behind the scenes. Pjms say he fainted after dancing with T@e in that one collab they did in 2016 even T@e was concerned because his eyes looking puffy that day. How cruel that his own members and company was body shaming him when even idols outside of his company were noticing how bad his condition was. :(

His fake laugh when he's throwing shade and his sighs make me laugh so much. He adapted and did what's necessary to thrive. The mom in the group is often the least popular member. They're not paid enough to watch the other kids, especially if they're a kid too.

Taem1n will be ok, but he is going to be scarred. It's hard watching newer content and seeing the darkness in his eyes. At debut he was so happy and excited. They all were and now, he's worn out and struggles with mental illness. He couldn't run, beg or cry to get away from serving. If he wanted a career, he had to serve. I hope this wakes up the country to the harm of conscription. There's a thousand just like him, and many lack the platform that he has.
It was just a bizarre concept to make a 17 year old who wasn't even the oldest act like the mother of the entire group. How many 17 year olds do you know who act like that?? it was too much pressure for a kid who needed care himself.
I don't think the korean system will change any soon maybe the GP will act more sympathetic towards idols and other celebs who have it hard due to mental health issues but I don't see the system changing any time soon.
It was heartbreaking to see him breaking apart as his enlistment time grew closer but I hope he is better now. I know we don't talk about this much here because this is a forum where we discuss Satanic practices in kpop industry. But I was revisiting jj0ng's previous content and his solo stuff and you can actually see how his music changed from happy, lighthearted with some melancholy in 2015-16 to straight up depressive in 2017. Depression is a silent killer living in an industry as dark, abusive and exploitative for so long will eventually you break you apart no matter how strong you are.
T@e needs to get himself a GF and 2kids like ch3n without caring about whatever his fans say. It is clear as day that the thing that made him feel most fulfilled and happy in recent times except for music and dance and maybe even more than music and dance was being Kkoong's father his face lights up whenever he talks about her so it's great that he can spoil her all he wants now that he's a social service worker.

Most idols who are joining now do so because being an idol is now considered a lucrative job thanks to BT5 and other groups' success in Asia and the West so it is a quick way to be famous. Idols like jj0ng, T@e, GD, IU joined because of their passion for music and art. They had to work in much harsher and abusive environment to get to the top. Most idols now a days are privileged compared to 2nd gen idols that's why fans can't connect with them because there is no sincerety, passion, soul in their eyes
Previous generations sang and danced like the rent was due. Some of the newer idols barely move and lip sync. Their fans will screech about talent and how all idols are talented. That's not true, some have more talent and work hard. Even a talented person needs drive and self discipline.

I think it's the same with hy.be as well. Someone here has mentioned that they believe hy.be makes their idols get plastic surgery at 16/17 yrs old before debut

Yep that's one of the members that came across my mind when i think about idols abusing fillers and plastic surgery. His face looks tight and stretched when he smiles, he can't even smile nor talk correctly anymore. It's pretty sad to see
His member Tae can't blink right. The girl Sak6ra from lesseraf1m is considered his twin because her eyes are also too big now. Bigh1t isn't known for their idol's beauty or talent but most of those kids look ok the way they were. No one should push surgery on anyone especially a kid.

Yeah you can't really hate them for it In a documentary T@em released for Move comeback in 2017 he revealed that some people had told him his looks were 'outdated' because mono lid eyes were the newest trend and you could see he was quite hurt by it from his reaction. K3y was probably bullied into changing his looks too. T@em mostly gets fillers and had nose job in 2011-12 but he doesn't look that different compared to debut. M1nho and jj0ng had a nose job too don't know about 0new but key's entire face changed it's sad how much he has changed his looks. All the Ps will age him fast
That's going to age him fast, as you said. I was shocked to see how different he looks from debut. Taem1n's debut face was adorable. Even his face before he joined essem was very cute. His skin color was beautiful, but he changed his nose and face to fit a beauty standard. It's going to age both of them faster. There's nothing wrong with their faces. Knetz are mean. Taem1n looks fine the way he is, just needs to chill on fillers.

I've come to feel so much empathy for Jm because of what he's endured. His fans are very protective of him because of his company. Hive fails to protect and take care of him, so his solos do whatever it takes.

When did Tae say he was concerned? He also has an eating disorder. Have you seen how he ate when food was available? He eats like a starving person and focuses on the food more than the interview. During a vlive, him and Baek talked about intermittent fasting.

Do you think Jm will be able to change his idol image? Tae had to embrace it. I think if men weren't perverted to them, it wouldn't be a problem.

He loves kkoong so much. During a live, he talked about her biting him and then his face lit up. He called her lovely and adorable. That cat is his world. He needs something to keep him going, and she does.

I hope he finds someone special or something besides dance. He makes fun of his manager for being single, but he is lonely too. I wonder what made him get a cat so close to enlistment. Can you point out any videos where he started to come apart? He mostly got quieter.

The mom and dad images for idols is weird. There's always a kid who takes cares of their friends or coworkers. That's true worldwide. Those kids are turned into adults before their time.

A3spa and RV are a great example of this. I like RV's music but the girls have no stage presence except for s3ulgi and W3ndy who are ok and a3spa just look arrogant and artificial except for n1nn1ng who is an actual great vocalist and a sweet person too but knetz do not like her because she is Ch1nese. Most late 3rd gen and 4th gen idols are just watered down versions of their 2nd gen counterparts. 2nd gen are the ones who paved the way and started all the trends which make kpop what it is today. Whether it's BB with their Hip hop concept and hard bad boy concept , 2ne1 and Girls Generation with their GG concepts, Sh1nee with the soft flower boy image and dance performance based concept. All Trends in 4th Gen have their origin in 2nd gen.

enhyp3ns concept photos for their comeback. this is sick, at first i was like, why is he randomly holding a bag of ramen?? but if you look in the second pic there's a bunch of p***philia symbolism around him. there is an ice cream poster on the side which i believe means male prostitute and a "tomato soup" poster next to him which is code for orgy. and then i realized ramen is code for sex in korea, it's like the the equivalent to "netflix and chill" in the west. and it's ALWAYS a convenience/ grocery store where they advertise them as prostitutes. they did the same thing to bt5 when they were still minors and to txt last year for their fight escape concept photos. im just glad they didn't give n1ki this concept since he's still a minor but they're still a sick ass company:rolleyes: i wonder if h33seung knew what they were making him do

Was the mom and dad concept also popular in western boybands like Nsync, 1D, Backstreet boys etc?? kpop takes a lot from japanese culture like Anime in my opinion. I used to watch a lot of Animes in the past and many kpop groups use the same tropes in many harem and reverse harem Animes or just Anime in general. There's always the Kuudere (Ice Prince/Queen), The Tsundere (Hot Headed but sweet), the trap (gender bender), the klutz, the nerd, the comedian, the foodie, the mentor etc in each group. It might not be noticeable for Americans but for someone who has been exposed to Anime culture it is pretty easy to pin point where they used what trope.

It wasn't just one specific video but certain moments throughout 2020-21 where T@e looked like he was depressed or something was off. He looked sad during most of criminal era. I remember the time I first decided to check out his music was after watching a clip where criminal lost to Dynamite. I was a die hard armchair back then didn't bother checking into any other group because was brainwashed by armchairs into believing they are all talentless, arrogant, privileged bunch but in that clip I kind of felt bad for him since he looked quite sad over it which is not very common for him so I watched criminal out of sympathy for him and it was an instant favorite for me, then when sh1nee came back he looked very happy during most of DCM era but in his enlistment Vlive he cried and in general was displaying disturbing body language, after that his beyond live concert where he looked miserable, then the interview Mnet took from him before enlistment and some vlives during advice era where he came off as too serious.
I don't think idols know when they will be called for service and he had kkoong since November 2020 I believe because they celebrated her birthday on 30 October last year he just didn't reveal her until she was old enough to appear on screen. Maybe someone gifted her to him or he just felt lonely. I think deep down all of them might want to get married and have children now they are grown ass men in their 30s I don't know how M1nho, k3y and 0new feel about marriage or children but I felt from T@e's interactions with kkoong and the whole roleplaying as sh@wol's husband/BF he was doing in 2020-21 that he is at that point in his life where he wants a partner maybe even children but is pushing it aside because dating and marriage is gonna put a huge detriment on his career.

They do the same with N*t dream giving them concepts about food. Most of these kids probably have no idea what they are being made to do when is their next album or single coming out??

I've come to feel so much empathy for Jm because of what he's endured. His fans are very protective of him because of his company. Hive fails to protect and take care of him, so his solos do whatever it takes.

When did Tae say he was concerned? He also has an eating disorder. Have you seen how he ate when food was available? He eats like a starving person and focuses on the food more than the interview. During a vlive, him and Baek talked about intermittent fasting.

Do you think Jm will be able to change his idol image? Tae had to embrace it. I think if men weren't perverted to them, it wouldn't be a problem.
PJMs are annoying but I understand why they are so protective. He is fragile. He cries after every bad performance where his voice cracks I think he really would like to get better at vocals but hyb3 doesn't care. J1n and j1m1n complained about the high notes in Fake Love being out of their range but the vocal director wanted them to scream in their mics because it would give a better feel to the song. How Sick that vocal director needs to be fired they will lose their voices if they keep singing like that.
It was here where T@e talks about being concerned because his eyes looked puffy. I think he didn't sleep for days while preparing for BT5's award show performance. He almost collapsed after this performance. There are moments in concerts where he just falls down and you can see on his face that he is having a hard time to sing.
I don't know where he is gonna go with his solo it's all up in the air rn he is a great dancer but needs to put a lot of work in his vocals before he is prepared to go solo but he's a hoe like T@e so I think he will try to be sexy in his solo. T@e embraced the femininity because he saw it as an opportunity for him to stand out among the crowd of and it worked for him big time. He introduced a new style of dancing for male idols now everyone and their Mamas have hopped on the pretty boy trend in 4th Gen.
Sorry I don't understand who you are talking about having eating disorder. I don't know much about Jm's eating habits but his one meal in 10 days diet raises some huge red flags some people say he had anorexia. From what I remember he doesn't eat much when they eat on Run bt5 or behind the scenes.
T@e loves food despite the constant dieting. He loves meat, desserts, cereal and all the junk food, hates vegetables, cucumbers, and shrimps because they look weird. He once went on to rant about vegetables tasting bad and hating salad saying how it's so unfair that all the delicious food is bad for your health and healthy food tastes bad but he has to be on diet all the time because he gains weight fast. So he may not necessarily have an eating disorder just being on diet all the time to maintain a dancer's physique probably gives him strong food cravings and idols aren't really fed well during promotion period because there's also company pressure. He once claimed he was the one who used to eat the most among sh1nee members. Minho, 0new are like that too they love food and will just eat like crazy focusing only on the food during interviews. K3y is the more health conscious one among sh1nee members who likes salads, herbs, light meals.
This meme is super funny
