Its real, but if they are so concerned, why havent they been closing golf courses all over the state? Think of how much food could be grown with that hobby having to fend for itself like every other pastime instead of enjoying its protected status... in fact, people and schools often cant water their own lawns... so that golf courses can stay green and lush.
