Serious question: People have been theorizing that during these few months to come, someone will attempt an assassination on Putin. Someone else said they think contrary to popular belief, the Chinese President will NOT be joining Russia at any time should something more serious happen because, the Russian economy is declining and if the Chinese President decided to partner with Russia, THEIR economy would decline and we know the Chinese President likes having and stealing huge amounts of resources- for goodness sake, almost everything specifically in America was imported from China.

So what do you guys think about these theories? Agree, disagree, think it's plausible?

I would guess that China might be sitting and waiting to see what happens and when Russia happens to be on its knees they might try to take over Siberia . They have been for years slowly invading it ,logging where ever they please and they keep moving deeper into Russia,slowly and steadily.
Then again i heard that Xi is having some internal trouble,some letter went viral in china that lists all kind of stuff that Xi has done and hasnt done so he might be busy cracking down "wrongthinkers" for a while.Beijing fraction Vs Shanghai fraction been fighting over power over there for a long time ,hard to predict how it all ends.

The border situation with poc refugees is disgraceful and a bad look for Ukraine and Poland and other border states. They call themselves Christian countries too. You can’t call yourself that why turning down refugees.

The Holy See should get involved and sponsor a way to get them out and to safety, if the church really claims to be universal.

We won’t see that from the Orthodox churches as we have already seen.

I pray this situation will be resolved and investigated by unbiased journalists to fully get the truth from behind the haze of war.

in an entire year Europe let in 1.3 million refugees mostly from Syria, Iraq, etc. and we were told how much of a "strain" this would be on one of the richest regions in the world.

In 1 week we've already reached 1 million Ukrainians fleeing into the rest of Europe.

Are we seeing the same outrage and talking points about refugees and how its "too much for Europe to handle" ?

Are we seeing the talking points about "economic migrants" etc. ?

I wonder if George Soros is also paying those 1 million refugees to flee into Europe ?

I think there are many differences . If u escape from war to neighbouring country then yes in my eyes u are a war refugee but if u keep crossing multiple countries where is no war or no direct threat to your life then the person does not seem to be fleeing from war but instead has its eyes on welfare money.As usually is the case.
Slavic people running into neighbouring slavic countries is also a bit different than Somalians running into Scandinavia or Syrians running to Germany .Totally different cultures and language .You gotta spend ton of money on schooling etc while slavic people usually speak more than one slavic language (Poland is full of Ukrainian workers normally so i doubt they are gonna have any language barrier problem and gonna need an army of translators and social workers who are gonna take care of them).
The way i see it - if u aint physicly or mentally disabled or and elderly person then no welfare money to you- why the hell should other people carry your ass if u aint willing to do it for yourself ? If u dont want to work then starve,thats your choice.
That all mass migration to EU was part of Kalergi's plan anyway,still is .Divide and Conquer.

They were acting like they had to take millions of refugees but in fact they only took a small portion most Syrian refugees were taken by Muslim countries. Turkey alone took 3.7m.There is double standard just saw a news report where they asked some journalist from Poland what made them change their policy on refugees since they were reluctant to take refugees during 2015 crisis and she replied and I am quoting her word by word
"Just to put it bluntly these are not refugees from syria these are refugees from neighboring Ukraine which is quite frankly part of it. These are Christian they're white people, they're very similar to people who live in Poland" to put it frankly this is pure discrimination based on race, religion and geography. My heart goes out to all black refugees who are facing discrimination on borders just because they don't have the stereotypical european features
