I think it's important to vaccinate animals, can't have a rabid dog running about in the streets

I cannot advise people enough to use aluminium free deodorant. I had my lymph nodes swell and was in pain for about a month. I eventually listened to my mum's advice and started to use an aluminium free deodorant. Literally the swelling disappeared in a day or so. I went to the doctor and they just palmed me off and said I probably had a chest infection.

They will never admit aluminium deodorants cause lymph node swellings which can be quite dangerous over a prolonged usage of these cancerous deodorants so please refrain from buying them!

Here are a few recommendations of aluminium free deodorants:

I've been using them for years now and they're great.

I used to use crystal deodorant but then read this from Dr. Mercola ...
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/02/16/aluminum-lurks-in-crystal-deodorants.aspx

Alhamdulillah, if the one you are using is not causing any trouble for you that is good, but you may want to double check it to make sure its no aluminum at all.

grateful servant: good catch. i looked close at the label that haich has posted. it says "no aluminum chlorohydrate". that means there could be aluminum still in there in some other form.

dump it. ideally try for a magnesium oil deodorant, as youll absorb mg2+ through your skin as an extra bonus. if you cant find that, go for a cocoa butter based one or something like toms of maine aluminum free.

even though the body can naturally flush the aluminum out, you should detox that excess aluminum out of your system. based on your other responses, im sure youve done it already.

We se Toms of Maine in my home, but I don't know if they sell it in the UK. Magnesium oil deodorant sounds good - any brand recommendations?

thats in my pits right now. ^ ^ ^

brands: i bought a magnesium deodorant from sophia smallstorms website avatar products. the price was reasonable, and since it was her podcast that turned me on to it, i thought it would be proper to buy from her. besides, why give money to amazon (jim carney pulled jim fetzers sandy hoax book-- dont forget) and save 2 bucks when i can get it from her and support all of the shit shes done for the truth community?
when my current brand is finished, ill try hers and report back. i already tried her soapberries. "i couldnt believe they worked so well, and my clothes get filthy as hell." (i ought to trade that slogan back to her for a free batch.)

I use straight coconut oil as a deodorant. Sometimes I add lavender essential oil. It works really well for me, but I live in an extremely dry climate, and also after changing my diet and addressing some digestive issues my body odor doesn't really smell that bad anymore. I used to add baking soda which a lot of homemade deodorant recipes call for but then I realized that baking soda is alkaline and our skin is supposed to be somewhat acidic.

while many people answered this question with herbal remedies, which is really recommended,
it is also important to look at sleeping patterns, thought patterns (positive/negative), meditation, exercising daily, also balancing between your foods ( protein, vegetables and carbohydrates), also drinking a lot of water is good, refraining from take away foods, refraining away from the pharma industry (if its really needed then its okay, but natures way heals all diseases (worth researching) ), And like what Aero said, we should also be looking at mental and spiritual health as well, not only physical.

Overall, the key is a nice balance, hope this was helpful !!!

I stay healthy by trying to be mindful with each meal. I try to get proteins/healthy fats/carbs each meal.

I drink a lot of water. Sometimes coconut water.

Supplements are orange triad multivitamin with joint support, norwegian salmon oil, turmeric and garlic tabs and my finaflex stimul8 pre workout drink.

Cut out all alcohol & soda. I'm still an energy drink person. Something I try to ween off
I go low carb and ultra zero(both monster energy).

I work under the sun most of the day, so if my shirts have salty residue, I drink pickle juice or gatorade to balance out lost sodium and electrolytes.

All that regularly has made a ton of difference in my life.

my humble opinion:

dump those energy drinks. theyre not helping your body. there is no nutrition there. just caffeine.
those pre-workout drinks are probably bad-- youll need to examine the ingredients. if it has any kind of hydrolyzed protein, i would get rid of it.

the coconut water is good-- have you tried the harmless harvest-- that refrigerated brand? its light years ahead of the other stuff. pricey, but youll see why. it taste like it really should, since the other has been pasteurized. i dont bother drinking anything pasteurized. its dead food.
that multivitamin isnt horrible, but its got a lot of fillers. the Mg in it should be as citrate or malate. its also got soy in it (i dont like) and i think the iodine is also in the wrong form. you want nascent iodine. i think you could find something better. and i hope your multivitamin is iron free (if youre a guy).

the gatorade is completely fucked up. dont drink it. sauerkraut or pickle juice is great in moderation, but not for what you think-- its great for the fermentation factor. tons of probiotics. stick with the coconut water or get yourself some distilled and spike it with concentrace (brand) minerals.

let me be straight-- if you are going for muscle mass and want to take some pre-workout formula, you cant be super healthy. youre OD on glutamic acid as an amino acid. its just too much. a better alternative would probably be raw organic eggs, but i doubt youd get the mass you might be desiring. if you are just working out for workout sake, then the eggs are probably best.
i dont believe heavy cardio is good for people. light weightlifting for toning is fine. heavy weightlifting ends up damaging your body and joints. the human body was not made to be hulk-ish. the bone frame isnt meant to handle it. additionally, all of those "shakes" will get revenge on you, sooner or later.

i am not a nutritionist. this is only my opinion. so take it with a grain of himalayan salt.

Thanks dude.
Yeah still trying to clean up my diet. The energy drinks I am sloooowly weening off.

The pre-workout? A lot of caffeine and a for the thermogenic effect. I feel better with it than with the energy drinks.

I drink mostly water. Gatorade or coconut water once a week(will look into your recommendation)

I prefer pickle juice over gatorade. My diet is low sodium, so I try to keep my stuff balanced somehow.

I avoid protein shakes. Prefer calories and nutrition from real food.
Not looking to bulky either, just healthy and some semblance of strength. I used to play football, hockey and baseball in high school. So I've always had an idea at which weight I felt comfy.

And not taking your post the wrong way. Your opinion is valued :)

find out what salt is in that pickle juice if you are not making it yourself. you want himalayan salt. indian black salt is good, too. sulfurous, but good.
get a distiller or a really really good filter or just buy the distilled water and transfer it ASAP to glass or stainless or possibly copper. keep it out of the plastic. you dont want to start growing man boobs.

although coffee is good for you (antioxidant for your brain), too much caffeine can be bad. it did a huge amount of damage to me when i used to drink lots of iced tea. i lived with the acid reflux for years, just dealing with it, until i did something about it. ill eat dark chocolate from time to time if i need to go full throttle with a physical task. others, OTOH, can consume tons of caffeine and not have any ill effects. you need to know your body.

try this with water to rehydrate:

with the right food, your food can supply the sodium (look into celery).

im almost sure gatorade used to put brominated vegetable oil in their drink. i know mountain dew does. the brominated stuff is even worse than fluoride. avoid it.

I make my own homemade "sports drink". It's super easy and cheaper than Gatorade. Just make a mixture of about 30% organic juice and 70% pure water. Then add a small pinch of salt (I use Himalayan salt) and some trace mineral drops. I use the same brand as Polymoog - it's high in magnesium. It tastes similar to Gatorade, just not as artificial.

As do I. I rub coconut oil everywhere and I mean everywhere.

All these shampoos, deodorants, and facial cleansers are filled with estrogen like chemicals and decrease testosterone in men. It explains why we have such low testosterone compared to men in the 50s.

Gonna try the gatorade alternative. Appreciate the feedback guys.

As for caffeine. Not sure I experience any ill effects. Although somewhat of an addiction, which I am weening off of. I used to do three monsters a day. Now I'm down to 2 on tuesday and 2 on thursday. Not feeling the need for one everyday is a small step I'm proud of.

I'm still in the journey of bettering myself everyday through all facets of life. So thanks for the information

Daily I take the supermulti and mineral blend from http://www.vitalearthminerals.com/category-s/2079.htm
I try to moderate what I eat. I don't go out of my way to eat "healthy" but I try to limit sugar, sweets, grease and eat balanced.
I also run at least 3.5 miles, 2 or 3 times a week and usually one other form of cardio once or twice a week (bike, swim, elliptical, etc)
and of course the always up hill battle of trying to get 7 hrs of sleep per night (rarerly happens though)
