It's not a big thing to mentally manipulate people no matter what age. You just have to know where the buttons are and how to press them. So that goes for all of us.

Plus the situation that these are young girls (yes, I differentiate between girls and boys; mentally, has nothing to do with intelligence) with little life experience maybe in search of some fun and thrill. And then comes R. Kelly. Big Superstar, nice voice, handsome, it's fucking R. KELLY!
Look at all the young girls screaming to Justin Bieber, Backstreet Boys, Michael Jackson etc. blabla. They are out of their minds!! Literally. They even black out!

So you could say they have no choice by the time they already met. If you are one of these girls, of course there are others. And then there is the situation with a man vs. a woman if you protest in a situation. SLAP! "What did you wanna say?"

This is just an example of course how milions of women are being controlled by men.
So saying this girls are adult and know what they are doing is bullshit. Or was anyone in here 100% aware of everything he/she does at the age of 18? You must be kidding. Working makes you an adult? You must be kidding.
Who is an adult? What makes you an "adult"? What does it even mean???

Life is a learning process, in my opinion no one is a "grown up" at no time. There are too many adults out there behaving like 18-year-olds, and that's ok if you damage no one.
Stick to your inner kid, otherwise you could become embittered.

I loved the music of Aaliyah. Was it an accident or was she trying to break out and had to pay? Same with Michael, Left Eye, Whitney and her daughter, Prince, Prodigy and Bowie. Maybe!

No offense but all I got from this post was that basically no one is an adult and that no one is fully aware of what they're doing and that since no one is a "grown up" no one is responsible for what they do.

The article VC posted today on this blew mind. This is happening all the time everybody knows about it and does nothing and I'm going to do something about this because literally nobody else can stop this it makes no sense that a lot of people on here know it's wrong but so many are powerless to do anything about the evils in the world

It is the same as saying your awareness is still undeveloped. You'll see. I like to make the comparison to getting older with waking up. First, you're groggy and then you wake up until you are fully awake before you get tired and want to go to sleep. Getting tired would resemble old age.

So teenagers often are capable of doing adult things, but they don't always have the ability to think as critically about these things as an adult would be able to do.

A primary example that is relevant to this subject is that often teenagers don't realize they have a choice completely. When someone is offering them something, they don't always realize that no is an option or that they don't have an equal level of control in the situation that another adult would have. They can be led to believe they are making choices as though they are adults, but really they are still being led to make these choices in a way that suggests that they are still children doing what they are told to do.

This transitional phase is what makes abuse that takes place during this time so difficult to recover from because it is easy to take responsibility for things that a teenager doesn't share an equal level of responsibility for.

I would consider 25 the age where you really become an adult.

I know, I was just joking. But teens are still capable of not being idiots.

I try to understand the lack of sympathy for these girls, but I just can't. They are babies basically. And you have to forget about how normal people age and mature because this is MK Ultra shit. So they are even more submissive, and more likely to end up under someone's control.

You can't turn a blind eye to this sort of stuff. If we let the predators flourish than we are all asking for it. Sure maybe it wont happen right away, or it might always happen to someone else. But how can you be ok with that? The system is stacked so much against real victims. It's like people just don't care anymore.

The Confessions of R. Kelly
R. Kelly describes a number of premature sexual experiences
What do you think now about what they did?
R. Kelly: “I, well, definitely forgive them. As I'm older, I look at it and I know that it had to be not just about me and them, but them and somebody older than them when they were younger, and whatever happened to them when they were younger. I looked at it as if there was a sort of like, I don't know, a generational curse, so to speak, going down through the family. Not just started with her doing that to me.”

Says who, you? Why is it not true? Prove it! Elaborate! Just like i did! What are your arguments for?
There's music that speaks of God and good things. It's hard to forget God when people are praising him in your ears. There's no inherent negativity in music, it can only be placed in a song by bad people with bad intentions who promote bad things through their bad songs. And that's it. You can't say music is 100% evil when good people make music as well.

Keep religious discussion and proselytizing in the religions forums. Warning Issued
You can't say music is 100% evil when good people make music as well.
It's forbidden here on Earth! Isn't what God Is Making you hear at each and every moment enough? Why should we seek for more?

It's 100% evil here on Earth because

  1. Reliable Islamic Sources say that it is forbidden.
  2. It reduces our trust in God, making us always wanting more and more and more. We'll never be satisfied with it. That's why there's always more of it. Why should we have to rely on the internet or anything else so as to be able to hear it? Why not rely on God Alone?
  3. Why should it even have existed? Why did people start making music? Answer: to make money and to become famous. Seriously, how many songs do you know that speak of God? Most of them speak about the pleasures of this world and nothing more. Our purpose here on Earth is to sow so that we reap in the hereafter. Why not wait for the hereafter where you'll be allowed to listen to music forever?
  4. If it was a good thing, you'd never have seen the likes of Mr. R. Kelly getting entangled in the vices of the forbidden money that comes with it. And with the forbidden money comes the forbidden and perverse pleasures that he indulged himself in.
  5. The sounds of nature and silence itself speak for God. Satan wants to drown that out. He makes people think that they are going to speak only good and that they are going to use God's Name and therefore it's all good. But it's not! Simply because when there's an artist on stage, is it easy to think of God at the same time? Is it easy to still be conscious that the musical instruments are themselves being Maintained in existence by God Almighty just as the whole world is and all that it contains? It's not! Music sways the heart! You no longer feel like praying and you just want more and more. God Should Suffice for us. Not anything else except what He Wills for us.
So yeah, if music had been banned just like Islam says it should be, then R. Kelly would never have stooped so low and harmed those girls!

No it doesn't, that doesn't even make sense. It has nothing to do with trust. You can have or lack trust regardless of what music you listen to.
Trust and reliance on God means to be aware and conscious at all times that He Is In Charge. Not money, not the internet, not the mobile phone, not the battery, not anything except Him. So why promote something that makes you need things which are other than God? Not everybody can have the same level of faith and trust in God also. So when it's not easy for others, we should rather be fighting against it.

Wrong. Music existed before money and fame. Music is a form of communication and a way to express emotion. People make it cause it's fun, not for fame.
Well, real fun is not in this world. It's an illusion. It's ephemeral. It doesn't last at all. So it's not really worth it. Do we need it to express our emotions? Is it essential for survival like water and oxygen are? Why don't i even remember the last time i heard music which praised God? Anyway if you wanna discuss it further, do it in my thread. I'm done derailing here so sorry to everybody. Satan sure fooled R. Kelly though.
