I really think half their fanbase would react like the crazy rabid delulus they are and boycott/try to get said member kicked out the group-which fans tried to do with chen unsuccessfully

Also, discovering that the child you love is the victim of atrocities could become a form of trauma and/or trigger existing ones. So, different defence/coping mechanisms would be activated to suppress the pain, disappointment, and embarrassment:

“Are you sure it really happened?”, “what have you done to be treated that way?”, “forget about it, let go and focus on your success” and so on.​

Wow congrats to Chen. And yes we can already see a glimpse of how crazy they would be by their complete denial of any dating rumors with b*s. I've seen whole threads of them trying to come up with anything to prove that a member doesn't have a girlfriend. They will stalk the alleged girl's socials for yrs to try and find evidence of her dating anyone but their fave. I really think their head would explode if any of them but especially jk announced they had a girlfriend or wife.

Armi spent all their money on concert tickets instead of mass buying this song for 10 weeks straight like they did for butter

I don't think so. It's because they're Korean. They also only care about western validation. Anything in SK is not worthy enough for b*s. Like that's their home country, hello.
